It has been WAY OVER DUE for our estate to be settled. My Fiancé passed due to SUICIDE. I HAVE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK. IF YOU GO WITH THEM, YOU CAN EXPECT -EMPTY PROMISES -THEY CAN LOSE YOUR UPDATED TESTAMENT ( THEY LOST MY LATE FIANCES) HOW THE HELL DO YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY DO THAT????? -LITTLE TO NO UPDATES -BEING JUST ANOTHER NUMBER -ALWAYS TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM -ALMOST NEVER A RESPONSE ON YOUR EMAILS -EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE -EXTREMELY SLOW PROCESS NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE ESTATE -EXTRA STRESS AND TRAUMA DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE DISGUSTING!!!!!😡😡😡😡 WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING YOU POLICIES, THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD. I am very unhappy with the overall service. We are a small business that really depend on you to help secure happy clients rather than unhappy and worried! It is a long time coming. The first almost year I was very happy. All of the sudden it has gone down hill. I have to constantly check and ask for statements to point out mistakes! And then my account gets susspended meaning that I can't courier my client's goods for a mistake on your side!!! I get charged crazy amounts that makes no sense!!!! We will he moving to another company as I cant go on like this. Credit notes has been waiting to be put through for more than 3 weeks already. And not everything was done!!! I am very upset. Regards. A very disappointed client
Worst service EVER!!!! DON'T RECOMMEND. They promise a time, very late. Wasted fuel going there 3 times!!! Took 9 days with absolute **** service!!!!!!
Horrible service!!!! I've been trying to cancel my debit order 4 times already!!!! After my car was stolen, to no avail!!!!!!!
When it comes to signing up new clients, you get treated like royalty until one needs them. My car was stolen. I was constantly left feeling like a criminal. When somethinng like this happens, it's very traumatic and not a very nice feeling. As one is paying insurance, you expect them to be understanding and make the claim process as easy as possible; which was not the case. After 2 weeks my claim was rejected, where I lodged an appeal. My claim was then approved but only 46% of the claim was approved to be paid out. I queried the decision and how they got to the 46%. An answer was given, but not in detail as requested. After two days, they came back to me saying that they made a mistake and that they will now pay out 90% of the claim. How many people does not even lodge an appeal and just accept their decision? I would not reccomend King Price Insurance to anyone.
Incredible company, people and leaders. I've been able to reach immense heights in such a short period of time of the support of the company. Very positive ans uplifting environment to work in!
