About a week ago, I bought my first product from Groundcover Leather Co., at their Durban, Hillcrest shop at the "Mushroom Farm". After reading several reviews of different boots/manufacturers, I decided to go for Groundcover's "Sabie Boots". The entire experience was great. The boots are lightweight and strong. They are ideal for when I walk in the field, but a winner when I look for something casual to wear with my jeans around the braai. Today I received a phone call from Nozi, the very same kind and professional lady who assisted me in making the right choice when choosing my pair of leather boots. Her courtesy call was to find out if I am still happy with my Sabie Boots, and to remind me that they do re-soles "even 10 years down the line" etc. should I need them in the future... For more than 20 years I've been wearing different leather boots from other manufacturers, but this is the first time a representative has given me a call to follow up...Whow! Well done to Nozi, and Groundcover Leather Co.! So far I love my Sabie Boots, and if I ever in the future want to buy another pair of leather boots/shoes, Groundcover Leather Co. will be my first choice! They simply tick all the boxes: - Brilliant product, good/strong quality and fit perfectly. - Excellent service and aftersales support. - Support their local community (10% of their revenue is invested directly into staff welfare and community development) Thank you Nozi, you won a client for life! Well done!
I've just spoken to another great consultant part of Xneelo's Technical Support team, Courtney, asking for some assistance and clarity on something I was uncertain about. And once again, I've received prompt and professional assistance! What an awesome Team/Company! As always, Xneelo deserves 5 Stars!
I ran some adds for about 3 weeks on Facebook, everything went well...Then all of a sudden I cannot log into my Facebook account. Facebook asks me to upload some Identification (ID), which I've done numerous times, but when I press "continue" nothing happens... Still, I cannot log into my Facebook manager to see my Ads, yet FACEBOOK IS STILL DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD! It is well past the "end" dates I specified when I set the Ads, but they are still deducting my money, and due to the fact that I cannot access my Facebook Business Manager, I cannot stop/cancel the ads, I cannot even access my Leads! And what makes it even worst, I cannot get hold of anyone at Facebook to ask for assistance! This is a fraud! I had to cancel my Credit card, as Facebook continues to deduct money from my account without me being able to cancel my ads!
