Vodacom is ****!!! I had a contract with Vodacom but its one of the worst decisions i ever made in my life, because of the service and poor communication and then just harassing me for money that i need to pay that was deducted. I had a problem with Vodacom for the past year, last year January they told me i ow them money, i said the deduction went of on my side as a debit order and they said it have not. I sent them my statement from the bank that it did went off then they were quite. End of the next month they did not deduct anything and phone me again regarding money i ow them i told them but they did not deduct from my account like every other month. Then they checked and said SORRY BUT YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT ON DEBIT ORDER YOU NEED TO PHYSICALLY PAY IN YOURSELF SO FOR 7 YEARS THAT I AM A CLIENT OF THEM NOW IT CHANGED??????? Then after miss understandings they just decided to give me up at the dept collectors and put my name on ITC. When i app**** for a vehicle finance they said my name is on ITC. Then when i paid them in full they said its going to take 3 working days for a paid up letter and within 3 working days to reply to clear my name at the credit bureaus that never happened. SO THATS WHY VODACOM IS **** WHEN YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE ON PAYMENT OR THEY MADE A FAULT THEY HARRAS YOU THEN YOU NEED TO SUFFER AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY JUST DONT WORRY!!!!
I will never carry on with vodacom anymore as soon as my last contract is finished with them i am done with them!!!They tell me that i have missed a payment that i did not they deducted it from my account. They requested for my bank statement that i supp**** showing that i did make the payment, they have send me a mail stating that they see the payment and then they send me a statement and in the statement it shows i need to pay that amount again how is that possible vodacom is **** and then they want to give me up at THERE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT because i don't pay but i have a debit account at them so how cant i pay if they deduct it from me and now my name shows **** at the credit berue!!!! Because it shows i missed payments
If there was a -10 rating i would rate vodacom a -10. They harass me from last moth i need to pay my bill that i did with proof of it and they say i need to pay there was insufficient funds that was not true because i do have proof where it went of. Now they send me a mail again stating that i need to pay a double amount, they did not even deduct this months bill now i need to pay a double payment. HAHA it shows you how pathetic they are having a debit order account and now all of a sudden a account that i manually need to pay
Vodacom is the worst and most **** provider i regret being a customer at them for so long!!!I wrote a complain about my account last week regarding the money i apparently ow them they reply with a message to say that one of there team members will contact you i have received one call but was busy at work and could not answer the phone,now they email me again regarding the money and say i need to make an immediate payment to avoid disconnection of all services!!! No one can help you when you phone them and i do have proof that the money was deducted from my account. They are quick to take your money but when you want or need service they are ****!!!!
I am a customer of vodacom for 13 years maybe more and have a on going account with them.For the first time they let me know that my account is arrears that cant be possible,when i phoned them regarding the problem the lady told me i am a prepaid customer and not a debit order client!!how can they just move or change thing like they want.They debit every month the last day of the month and then on the 3rd of the next month there is 3 more debit orders that needs to be deducted, they tell me it is because of insufficient funds how it's possible i don't know because how can that go of on the 3rd 3 days after vodacom needs to deduct there is no money in my account they full of **** and there system is **** they just do what they want and carry on and then we need to struggle.
Webafrican is the worst company I have ever came across,they keep telling you "This is taking much longer than usual. I am putting your request on high priority for an agent to get back to as soon as possible. Sit tight, we’ll get you help as soon as possible." I would never ever recommend someone to apply by them for internet.I want to cancel but it is story after story now I need to struggel they don't want to help you this is a **** company!!
Vodacom is starting to become the same as the country *******!!!! In June i cancelled one of my contracts and asked the gentleman that helped me IAN is hes name to check when is my other 2 contracts due for an upgrade or when can i cancel it. He told me i can cancel it in end of October so that they don't go off end of November. When i phoned now to cancel the 2 contracts the lady told me it is only due in 2026!! I told her that is impossible how can it be and she told me the IAN that helped me upgraded my 2 contracts for another 24 months.He told me he can reduce my monthly payment until i cancel it in November. Now i need to pay for another 24 months for something i don't want or need and did not give authorization for it because i did receive a Quote but never signed or approved it so they just do like they want and you need to pay!!! I will not pay and reverse every debit order because i did not approve anything!!!!
One of the most dumbest mistake that i ever did to think investing my money into a FOREX account they ****med me!!!Everything was going as they tell you every week you get a mail regarding the progress and then close to $100 when you can at first buy out they stopped trading.After many tickets logged they don't come back to you nothing happens to anything you want to know it is now almost a year later and nothing happens they send you a merry Christmas message but nothing happens after that they just don't respond.They stopped trading on $86.
Worst service ever!!!! For a year that I am a client and never claimed from them, Now for the first time that I need to claim now it is the worst service ever I have had bad service before from other company's but this is litterly the worst ever!!! I logged a claim on Thursday and they told me they would send me the person who is going to help me his name and a contact number and only received a message regarding the service? I phoned on Friday again after the phone was dropped 4 times on me I got thru to someone who told me what they needed and sent everything as requested! Yesterday I phoned again regarding the claim to find out what is going on because I don't get any response they told me that the claim is pending and they need other photos and a written email regarding the fault the cause and remedy! They don't do any effort what so ever to let you know what to do what they need or communicate with you and if you phone them they keep on transferring you and when you cant get thru they would phone you back that is the worst answer ever BECAUSE THEY DON'T!!!!!!! Thy told me I have 3 days to send the documents thru if not the claim will be cancelled but they don't let you know if they received it or not or what is still outstanding so most probably the claim would be cancelled.
Cartrack just want to make money and is happy to deduct there money every month. I am a client for 2 years now with no problems but I sold my bakkie with the tracker unit in it and the car dealer told me they do not take over trackers systems. So I phoned Cartrack and they told me to either stop the contract or keep on paying or to take it out and transfer it to the new car. I would be happy to transfer the unit but that is R800 and then every month is R220 or to cancel is R2 300 and that is just very bad service to just want money money money instead to transfer the unit for way less or free because you are a client I mean that would lock more costumers but that is just me I would never refer someone to car track .
