MTN-THE WORST
The worst service provider you could ever go for. I have been with them for years on a sim contract. A few months back I upgraded to a router. I have been paying my account via debit order. After I upgraded they stopped debiting and stopped providing data to my phone. I didn’t much of it. One day I decided to go check at a MTN store why did they stop debiting only to find out that I owe over R1k and the were handing my account over and updating it to credit bureau as a defaulter. I was confused and asked them to explain how I could be owing when I have not been receiving any data from, how can they be charging me for services they’re not providing. They told me I signed a contract and should honour. As I’m speaking right now my credit score is beyond repair because of MTN. Worse for services I never used. I hate this network with my life. They’re very unprofessional even when you call them. They’re the worst. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Mr price home Merino Mall ermelo
Worst customer service and they don’t know how to talk to customers. Worse they close early than their trading time. I bought some items online for delivery to Merino mall. When I tried to pay online It couldn’t go through for some reason I don’t know. Online I applied a code for a discount of R500 off if you bought items for R2500 and more. I sent my sister to go pay in Merino Mall Mr price home. When she got there she paid the original price and the special code wasn’t applied. I let it through and didn’t make a fuss of it. Today at 17:28 they sent an email that my parcel has been delivered. I rushed to the store when I got there it was 17:58 and the shop was already closed while other shops were still open. I even shout outside for help and a guy came out at exactly 18:00 and told me they’ve already cashed up and he was leaving. My thing is the shop is supposed to close at 18:00, but it seems they close before that time and actually leave at 18:00 if not before. I showed the guy the time that how are they already cashed up when before 18:00 I was already there and couldn’t get in. Then the other lady came and told me that her time is 18:03 and they’re leaving. Mind you that time it was only when other shops were closing their shutter doors

Leroy Merlin worst online store
Worst online store you can ever buy from. I bought a kitchen sink mixer on the 29th of September 2022. They said it will be delivered by the 6th of October and I asked the carpenters to come by the house today on the 7th. Up to now I still haven’t received my sink mixer. I called Leroy Merlin in the morning around 7am a lady by the name of Nomfundo answered and told me she’ll communicate with the couriers to find out when they’ll deliver. She said she’ll call me back. She never did. I called again and Brenton answered and he also said he’ll email them and cc them and try to fast track my parcel but he never cc’d me. I’m so frustrated cause they can’t finish my kitchen cupboards without the mixer the delay is really costing me and frustrating.

Ck & AA tradings enterprise is scam
CK&AA tradings is a scam. They sell building products online. You're required to pay 60% of the amount before delivery. After payment they don't respond to any of your messages, emails or calls. They scammed me R10000. The worst part is I took a loan for the building and now I'm left with an unfinished house. I have no parents so I was trying to rebuild our old parents house. Right now my siblings are jumping house to house since our house is not finished. This people really messed up my life. I reported the matter to the police station but didn't get any help. I also reported to Absa(the bank that he used) still with no help. It's really sad cause I see this person number online every day on whatsapp and their life is continuing with no repurcursions (+27737364546)
