Regardless of the fact that a fine is not a nice thing to deal with, the people from Fines SA are really nice to deal with. They even phoned me this morning to tell me that there were discounts on my fines. Nice to know that there are still nice people out there who dont threaten you, but make you pay just because they are nice.
I am back....after my last comment. Since then I have spoken to another 8 incompetent agents and still we are still sitting with the PROBLEM!!!!!! WHY TELL PEOPLE TO PHONE ME WHO CANT HELP?????? AND THEN PROMISE TO PHONE BACK BUT NEVER DO???? WHATS THE POINT? I am so beyond words already. Your customer service and the quality of your agents???? Jo one has any technical knowledge. All they do is say....sorry....give some stupid excuse and then keep you on hold until your airtime runs out which has happened more then 10 times in the last 4 days. I am so over dstv it's not even a joke anymore. I am helping my stepmother who Is over 70. Now some bright spark blocked our Sim card because he thinks the account is hacked.....like really???????? No one can just pick up a phone and call us????? Really how difficult can it be????? I have no hope for dstv at all . How many more posts must I leave here???????!!!!
I can't explain how frustrating the dstv agents are. All they do is apologize and give another pathetic generic excuse. I have been struggling for an entire month to get an issue resolved and yet STILL not one single person can assist me at all. They could not be bothered in the least about there customers. They are so annoying. I wonder if anyone can actually assist at all. I don't understand how people get paid yet they can't assist the clients and do nothing to go out of their way at all to try and find a solution. I bet they wont even respond!!!!!
We have been sitting without wifi / our fibre service for most of the week. They cant pin point the problem...they keep making appointments to come and resolve the issue but never get here. Since we have actually logged the complaint its been longer then 72 hours and now we are told we must wait until monday afternoon if we are lucky because their technicians dont work over weekends. But you will still be billed for the lack of connectivity and no service
