I rented a electric bike for the amount of Rs01699 a month for 60 months from easy bikes mid last year 2024 this year in January 2025 it gave me problems so they came after struggling for a long time to get help it had problems like battery didn't last long even after charging and wheels where always flat to the extend that I canceled the contract with them and they told me that they'll come take the scooter and they did since they are deducting money for the scooter I dont have every month I have to call and beg them to refund the money they took . Hello Peter please help me to expose this *****sters cause they're damaging my financial records i can't even apply for a loan because of them

I recently checked the location of my vehicle so it gave me an error wrong location so I called cartrack control room the person I spoke to said my device needs to be rebooted so failed to reboot so she said she's going to book it for repairs and said I need to pay repair fee of R 600 for them to send a technician then I said I dont have that money so i said can I cancel cartrck because I cannot be assisted and she said I'll transfer your call to relevant people to assist you . So she transferred me to the lady by the name of tumi mohlodi answered the call and I explained to her and said for me to cancel I need to pay cancellation fee R1500 . Morning hello peter i recently took 2 cellphone contract with mondo they delayed to deliver my phones after they made deliveries off my 2 phones it was on 22/10/2019 and one of the two phones have a fault with it on the 26/10/2019 it was on Saturday it started giving me problems showing error messages saying it needs to be restarted and freezed. So on Monday 28/10/2019 i called mondo explained what is happening and they gave me this ref TOCPVT000576 saying my phone is booked for repairs so i must wait for them to call me and come take the phone for repairs so today is the 05/11/2019 no one called or come to collect the faulty device and month end they expect payment for the phones. Hello peter please help
