I want to cancel my order because r my husband has brought the same items now they can refund me i dont understand because the items are not yet shipped
I wanted to install a new device on my new car because i have traded in my old car i was told to pay R800 for the installation, i then dicided to cancel my subscription i was told to pay R308 and send my cancelation in writing via email which i did payed and emailed now they are billing me for a car that i have traded in they are charging for trips, tracking yet i had canceled
Problems after engine fixing with thier company 1loose plugs accurred after two days of picking up the car 2 sensor replacement day 3 had to pay extra R1150 which i did 3.rear seal day 4 i need to pay 3200 to fix Total cost for engine repair was R48000 i took a loan to cover the fixing i was paid cash
Received feedback from their dispute resolution team says that i was aware about the whereabouts of my car and the compression they cant fix because the car was driven after the accident. Which is new to me because My problem is that when i called them i told them that the car had no compression i have a damage report to prove that an email was sent to Riaan the manager, so my questions are : 1. The car had no compression that was the main (major) thing to be fixed 2.they approved the claim for fixing my car nothing excluded? 3 they had the car for 2 months? 4 now im asking myself in the past two months what was prime fixing? I got a call on21 / 06/2025 from vanos tech saying that claim was authorized so now they will be ordering parts, 23/06/2025 Rian called called me and said my cars engine is being put together and asked if i want my car in gezina or montana i then opted for montana to be towed there for panelbeating . 25 /06/2025 I was hit by a motobike currently im in hospital fighting for my life just had knee replacement surgery and due for spinal cord surgery tomorrow i also blame Prime for my misfortune i need my five years full refund and my car as it was i will fix it.
My claim was approved i had towed my car to gezina for repairs according to their sms but when we got there the lady from the workshop received no communication from Prime regarding my car i then call them to inquire of what to do next i was told to Leave my car at gezina which i did my car was there for 2 days unattended then i received a call that my car was towed to Motus Engeneering that was two weeks ago i call them last week Wednesday to my surprise i was told that my car is now in kempton park i called the mechanic in kempton he then said that he gave the insurance a qoute on Tuesday that was last week i then called prime i was told by kelebogile that they are reviewing the qoute my car will be fixed within 3 days today 11/06/2025 i called again i received the same old story they are reviewing my qoute meanwhile i was ****** ****** of my belongings i wrote an email to the manager Riann till to day these no answer. I have been with Prime for 5 years never missed even 1 installment but i guess if u want loyalty get a dog.
I order clothes last year around September from shein then later i dicided to canceled my order i received my you refund after 40 days from shein now shein is deducting money from my account they say the payment never when through i have an sms from saying that R726 will be deducted from my account from Mac and things for payment that never went through on 30 September 2024 i went to my bank capitec yesterday they fail to help me the Deduction went through on my account i had 234 they took it now i have a minus 411 on my account
After complaining on hello peter I was given a cancelling letter but everyday since then I received 40 calls in day from them demanding money and now I been treatened with my account being handed over to my surprise my account had lapsed on last day of October according to their call centre so I told them that I will no longer renew my contract because I cannot pay my monthly fee of R245 and R402 for renewal at once since I have financial constraints so I will not will not renew now they need a R673 the fee which I never agreed to be debited from my account I have reverse the same fee twice.
I was told that 36 months contract has matured now i want to cancel they need a cancelation fee, for what I don't know
Mfc insurance group they refuse to give authorization for my car to be serviced, according to them the dealership is too expensive
