Supabets, Your initial response times to previous emails were great but for some reason I have not received any answers to my queries not have I been provided any form of reference relating to my queries. I have just been told that someone is looking into it by staff for days now. When I try to contact yourselves via the necessary platforms, I immediately get the feeling that I am not important as a customer and that my business is not valued due to the way I have been treated and dealt with thus far. After numerous emails that have not been responded to, or either receiving a response telling me they have escalated the query to the relevant department, I tried using chat so many times and it is an absolute nightmare too. Immediately, once I connect with your agents I seem to receive a series of templated messages for chats that are copied and pasted from your 'script' for chats which are strategically sent in specific order for every chat that is taken. When I connect with staff on chat after raising my query, they ask you to confirm your username and they then close the chat very quickly to avoid dealing with your issue and say I'm being unresponsive to get rid of me is what does it for me. This has happened a few times and it is frustrating as you simply get the same templated response on chat again and the person with the same name you just were connected to that said you didn't reply acts like they don't know what your query is. I also was asked for my number via chat and said that i will get a call on another chat whilst enquiring on updates, I got a phone call and explained to the gentleman what I need and he told me that I will receive a response regarding a promotion enquiry and the other enquiry was relating to cashback and after asking me what games I play, I told him and he mentioned that this will be credited on Friday and that I will receive a response via email regarding the promotion. Friday has come and a cashback credit has been received of R2.00 which is strange as my deposits over the past week was +R2500 and again on chat I was unable to receive clarity on enquiries which should be able to be answered. Emails have been sent and have been uresponded to regarding both queries, phone calls have been made and I was provided with an explanation and believed all was resolved then but it seems like what I was told on the phone was a lie and completely the opposite in contrast to what guidance or advice was provided at the time of the call. There has been no sense of urgency in dealing with the queries raised and clearly there has been no duty of care displayed here for your customer whatsoever when attempting to engage with you. What's crazy is that I've only been using Supabets since joining in March this year and I have spent R72,130.51 according to my transaction history on my account. I don't want special treatment but geez how much do I need to deposit until you start taking me seriously and dealing with me like a company should with its customers. As someone who also works with customers on a daily basis for a company that transacts business/income online just like yourselves, I always assist my customers to the best of my abilities. I do unfortunately believe that your customer services needs drastic improvement as I feel the service received thus far has been inadequate and unreliable. I don't know If Ill use Supabets again - The stars are for the games only, I wouldn't rate them If I didn't have to.
I've been with the same insurance company for years but due to a recent incident my premiums have increased which resulted in myself looking elsewhere for insurance and that's when I came across Nova Direct who assisted me with the whole process of obtaining insurance. The advisors were able to help me save lots of money AND time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL!!!!!
Overall my experience with DVS and MTN has been unsatisfactory. I am due to receive a device from MTN via DVS, however, this is not the service I had anticipated as MTN were brilliant and efficient but DVS are completely the opposite. I received a call from DVS regarding my parcel, I was informed that I will receive my order on the Tuesday the 5th, where a date and time was confirmed of my availability. I work in a contact/call centre and I am unable to take calls whilst being on calls therefore I am dependant on what was scheduled. I have obtained all the necessary documents required when collecting the parcel. Tuesday soon arrived and I didn't receive any correspondence from DVS, I then called them regarding my order and behold I was informed that my parcel arrived late so delivery could not be possible. I find this concerning and unfair to us as consumers as I probably and most likely would not have been provided with this information had I decided not to call them myself. I was informed that delivery is not possible until next week and I have since been informed that I will receive my parcel on Friday which the information provided for the last TWO calls regarding delivery. I work with clients on a day to day basis and try to assist them as much as possible. I unfortunately do not feel the service received is adequate. MTN beware your courier company and their service impacts the service overall received which makes me doubt and reconsider our relationship as your client. Hope to hear from DVS soon, this time I'm hoping there isn't a delay that frankly isn't my issue or mistake that needs resolving. The waiting game is definitely not something I enjoy as my time is extremely important and limited to these things that's why arrangements are made. I understand there may be issues or delays however if you are aware of these factors that may effect delivery you should NOT confirm dates and times in advance and end up not sticking to the statements made. Instead provide us with the later date and that way you can actually ARRIVE on time and avoid frustrating the majority of your clientele as I am quite appalled by the amount of similar reviews like this.
