I have received the worst service from Henrico Thorpe. He never returns your call or emails. I have ordered the ref: paid on 25 October 2021. There the quote stated Lead time: +/- 7 TO 8 working days delivery. It is 1(one) month later, 26 November 2021, and I still have not received my order. One delay after the other. No feedback. No commitment, no alternative solution, nothing. I expected at least a courtesy reply to my emails or phone calls from the responsible person and not the opposite, the customer following up continuously. Bought an airgun scope in June 2019. Only to find that the illumination does not work. Faulty scope verified by Eugene. Promising a replacement scope with the shipment in August. But mid August no shipment from MTC. Excuses after excuses. Every month a new delivery date that never happens. 6 months later and I still have no replacement scope, with again the same excuse 2 more weeks. Worst warrenty and customer service. Brilliant product but local after sales is not worth the money and time spend chasing warranty.
