Standard Bank Home Insurance NON-VERY DELAYED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
So below is my experience with Std Bank and the geysers they install (After 12days of waiting I might add) The element blew on the Duratherm 10 Year Warranty unit. NO ASSISTANCE FROM STD BANK THE AFTER HOURS NUMBER ONLY EMPLOYS PEOPLE IT DOES NOT ADD ANY VALUE WHATSOEVER!!!!! I talked to a 24 hours plumber now and they also state the the Duratherm Geyser company does not exist as not even they can get hold of anyone at that company....Claims was lodges with Std Bank 2x Days ago and still no feedback or response only to get told by the after hours staff member there that I should call during office hours!!!!! Why then have a 24 hours call center???? So Std Bank I am getting an after hours plumber (not on your list it's actually legitimate plumbers) to come and assist me I will pay them out of my own pocket and we will fight the fight for you to pay this money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Duratherm Geyser story below...... Through Standard Bank Insurance I waited around 14 Days for a replacement. Eventually got This Duratherm Thing installed. They sell you with their 10 Year Warranty. I fell for it too unfortunately!!!! After 3x months my thermostat packed up. No one is allowed to replace it. It has to go through them. The company whom installed it logged a call with them. As did I. Not one phone call received or a reply email. I tried to get a website even a contact number. NOTHING THEY MALICIOUSLY AND ON PURPOSE HIDE THEMSELVES from their customers!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STANDARD BANK BBBEEE UNDER THE TABLE FORCED UPON PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!! REFUSE IT AND GO LOCAL.KWIKOT OR SOMETHING. Not great but at least you get service, they don't hide!!!!!!!!!!

PT Roots AirCons Horrible service delivery!!!!
Was here 3x weeks ago to do work on my air cons. Cluld not do the work same day. Took my deposit and I never saw them again. After many phone calls and msg I give up. He makes different promises every time. Cant get my deposit out of him.

Disgusted Service!!!!!
Placed a order yesterday. Was promised deliver the next day..... Took a days leave..... Nothing....Called and msgd no reply!!! Got hold of the owner was promised a call and feedback on my order in 30mins......NOTHING!!! HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Dont fall for their next day delivery promise!!!!! Trust ne there is no delivery just excuces!!! YOU OWE ME DAYS WAGES!!!!!!!
