greedy Huizemark Principal Ballito branch KZN
Sour g****s by the owners MJ and Nadia Zietsman. On joining the branch in Ballito my letter of employment was never given to me to sign. MJ signed the document which was never given to me or shown to me by him. On receiving a sole mandate from a farmer the other company agent that wanted to learn about farm sales completed the mandate on my behalf added her name to the mandate (without me knowing) which meant if the property was sold by me we had to share commission. I discussed this with our principal MJ and requested same to be corrected MJ did not want to assist in this matter. before joining the Ballito branch i met one of Hiuzemark agents and we agreed that i have farms for sale and would introduce her to a few og the farms however if she sold any of the farms we would split her commission 50/50 my portion would go through my wife business which is a registered CC. I got her a seller and a buyer on a farm (so i am the cause of the sale) This agent with the convancy lawyers changed the original OTP twice without my knowledge or informing me about the changes. The original OTP i initialed each page and signed as witness. On the OTP that was eventually accepted by both parties the Agent i was dealing with on the sale said on the OTP that she was the only agent entitled to commission This to me is gross misconduct on all the parties concerned Huizemark principal the Agent and the convancy attorney. ON the farm being transferred and registered to the the new owner the Huizemark principal is now withholding our part of the commission earned two hundred and forty eight thousand rand plus fifteen percent Vat. the principal earned for hundred and ninety six thousand rand on the sale. we are very disappointed with this branch of Huizemark and how they do business in the Ballito area. The principal excuse for not paying over the commission is that the CC member does not have an NQ5 Five qualification however the original OTP was signed before this new law came into place in July 2024. It is now costing us to go through lawyers to resolve this matter.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BALLITI FORD KZN NORTH COAST
very poor service and explanation give by the service manageress when servicing my ford ranger club cab on 150 km service being a customer and driving fords for the last 30 years i requested my wheel changed around for tyre wear on the vehicle i was informed this could not be done due to the vehicle being old (2018) model the nuts contract and expand and the nuts now have expanded so much that the w shop w spanner does not fit over the nuts 19 mm i asked why they did not try a 20 mm socket no reply i i was quoted r84 per wheel nut by the service dept i went and bought new w nuts for r25 per nut from the spares shop when i asked why the w shop nuts are so expensive the reply i got is the ford w nuts and spares shops are different to me a nut is a nut the factory issue should not be any different i used my factory issue w spanner and removed all 24 wheel nuts and replaced same at my own at a third of the price the Ford dealership Ballito wanted to charge me

professional workmanship as good as it gets
WHAT A HANDS ON GENTLEMAN RYAN I will promote his workmanship to any person out there looking for a good plumber and tiler. He promised me he would rectify the mess SR PLUMBING AND BUILDING caused to my shower in 2 days and true to his word he has done just that. poor performance by a plumbing company called SR PLUMBING AND BUILDING KWADUGUZA
Most disappointing plumbing company i have ever come across. They call themselves SR PLUMBING AND BUILDING 1 GLEDHOW MILL ROAD LARKFIELD GLEDHOW STANGER I requested to move my newly built 6 month old shower outlet forward by 6 mosaic tiles. Written quote cost R 750 00 for labor only. Quote says work will be completed in two days.paid upfront material cost and part of the labour cost. 6 weeks later job not done properly. Contractor and his tiler cant get his levels and angels right for the water to flow towards the outlet. First he pulled up all the floor tiles 1.5 meter x 1 meter to move the shower outlet 6 tiles forward. i eventually agreed that the contractor refund me my monies for materials and employ another contractor to come fix up the first contractors mess. I am very disappointed in SR PLUMBING workmanship. A job that should have cost me R 1400 00 now ends up costing me R7450 00. On top it all the contractor keeps making promises to refund me. The last promised date was for payment to reflect in my account on 04 11 19 to date no monies in my account. I am now reporting same to hallopeter and will have to aaroach the small claims court to hopefully get some kind of compensation for poor service delivery from this company.
