Stayed at the hotel 6 March, There was a private function on the hotel lapa and our room was right above this area so we could not sleep most of the night. We booked a night away to relax and have some time off only to leave more exhausted the next day as the noise only ended around 3am. We complained to the manager on duty who said it would be raised with his manager and we would be contacted. To this day still waiting to hear from the manager
Business Bankers service is shocking, everything takes ages to sort out and constantly have to follow up. Was super happy with FNB with my previous Business Banker but now its exhausting to get anything out of FNB, staff knowledge is also dissapointing
TAP Portugal Lost my luggage, I had no luggage for the whole 4 days in portugal. My bag was also damaged and only returned to me 2 weeks after my trip. I have sent numrous emails regarding my query but no response and cannot help telephonically as they say we have to submit online yet you get no response.
