Making bookings at UShaka Marine wet n wild is a nightmare. From phones not going through, then when it finally does being told that staff are busy and being asked to call later! The communication process with UShaka is appalling!
Standard Bank home insurance is the worst insurance ever and I’m appalled by their service. 3 years later SBiB has failed to complete my claim by fixing my garage door. I made the claim, they sent an assessor and I paid the fee due to them but to date they keep sending me from pillar to post. My safety and that of my property is compromised. I’ve tried various channels of communication with them but to no avail. Instead they give me a run around and going as far as wanting proof that I have been “running after them’ . For your own sanity, convenience and safety, do not take a Standard Bank home insurance cover.
I'm utterly disappointed with the Avent bottles. They are leaking from the top, a problem I never experienced with Tommee Tippee. I regret buying Avent for my newborn.
I'd like to share my disappointment at King Price insurance and its service providers for being unreliable. I had made a claim on my home contents cover for a TV set. On the Monday the 04/11/2019 I paid the excess amount. According to KP I should have received a new TV 3-5 days later. It's now the 14/11/2019 and I have received none!!! When enquiring with the service provider, they have been making excuses such as a delay with the courier company (last week Thursday) and yesterday blamed it on black Friday preparations. I'm appalled by KP services. They disregard their clients and clearly my premiums don't matter.....Discovery Insure has scored itself another client!!!! Stay with your black friday as I leave.
