Since pandemic started in 2020, not much notification about our flights. Sent query again this year with lack lustre response. They have my contact details yet ask for contact details again - seems like a stalling tactic.
It was such a pleasant surprise being served by people who are differently abled. Exceptional service.
Booked a full day spa and night stay recently. Exceptional experience, good food and overall very relaxing. We previously had a full day massage and decided to book an overnight stay this time - best decision ever. Brilliant staff. One thing that we would have preferred was an aircon in the room but that is a personal preference.
This was the worst home renovation experience. Charged for products as discussed but not delivered. Frosting on glass not done as quoted for. Poor quality product. Very dodgy company - I dealt with Karl Prinsloo who eventually stopped responding to calls or messages. Job STILL not complete a year later.
Very professional dealings with the company. They arrived promptly as arranged. Quality workmanship. Friendly staff on site and in the office. Will definitely use them again in future and will refer to all and sundry as well.
I booked flights online last night. I was concerned as my e-tickets were not emailed to me despite the credit card payment being processed. Called Travelstart this morning and spoke to Gcobisa Myoli who provided excellent service. She discovered that I erred when typing in the email address at booking stage. She promptly rectified my error and I got the e-tickets with a few minutes. For once, actual customer service.
