Showed empathy
I recently had an experience with the local Table View branch and followed escalation channels because I needed a solution for my challenge. Razaan constantly followed up with me regarding my challenge and was very sincere and empathetic. Nalini also constantly gave me feedback and kept me in the loop as she was going the extra mile and weighing up options for possible solutions. At the end, I could not be assisted BUT one feel like one is a human and were treated as such. I never felt like just a number. Making people feel cared for, evoke worth, listened to and dignified means a lot and that is what we should spread.

Work professionally done
The result of the rework of our flooring at home is great. The manager and team in Cape Town were professional, empathetic and paid attention to detail. The new look is worth the wait and inability to access the areas where work were performed. As tip... immediately place cushioning under the legs of all furniture to avoid markings or scratches. The average rating is based on the fact that repairs were necessary after the initial experiance otherwise the rating would've been good

Absolutely blown away by impressive service
We recently had a break-in and theft at our residence. Needless to say it was very traumatic for my family especially for my wife and kids. Two days later my wife had death in her family and I couldn't deal effectively with the claim. Nonetheless, Budget Insurance was absolutely and surprisingly amazing throughout the process, literally from beginning to end. The staff - and I must make specific mention to Joelene Naidoo - was terrific. Reasonably quick communication was impressive. I was treated with complete dignity, empathy and respect. Regardless if the responses were positive or negative I will definitely continue partnering with budget insurance. This is encouraging at a time when as a community and economy we're faced with many challenges.
