I had a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience at the mrp at greenstone mall. I was in the fitting room, fitting some items until I notice someone peeping under the door of the fitting room. This person looked like the employee (man) at the fitting room door, administrating the fittingroom. I felt so uncomfortable and violated because how can an employee do that. When I got out of the fitting room, found that the man had left, spoke to one of the employees about what happened while the manager stood there and didn’t say a single word about my complaint. I’m really upset and felt unsafe in a store where I’m supposed to be shopping safely. I left the store crying because no one took my complaint seriously and the whole thing was just so uncomfortable and I felt unsafe and my privacy was invaded.
The drive thru queue at the Norkem McDonald’s was long so one of the staff was taking orders from car to car. When we got to the payment window they got our order wrong, we managed to fix/change it to what we had initially ordered. We received our order but when we got home we realized they gave us an incomplete order. Had ordered a double quarter pounder and we received a burger with just the patty and cheese and nothing else. I feel like the order was rushed and they didn’t care to prepare the food properly. I am really upset because we waited in a queue and paid more money than what the order we received was worth.
KFC Birch Acres. The service here is really horrible, waiting for over 40mins in drive through when there was only two cars infront of us. When we got to place our order the cashier helping us was not pleasant with us. And when we went to the window to pick up our order on the next window we waited a further 20mins and when we got our order it was incomplete and no one was there to rectify it so we had to wait even longer to get assistance. We were very hungry and I personally feel like we shouldn’t be waiting that long to get assistance on drive thru and to even get food. And the least they could have done is atleast have better service if they are going to keep people waiting and then mess up their order. I will definitely not be going to back to that kfc.
Me and my partner went for a braai there and the service was just awful. We weren’t allowed to park our cars in because they claimed it was full but other cars were allowed in and out. It was a whole back and fourth with the security because it seemed like they only sent people of colour back and allowed anyone else in the park/braai area. Had to park by the farmers market and walk down to the park. I even called management and they couldn’t be of any help, instead they dismissed our complaint.
I was really frustrated when my vehicle broke down and Kwandile Khanyile, an agent from the miway emergency line was very helpful and made me feel calm every step of the way. She found a mechanic to come help and he was very prompt. My car worked again after. Kwandile even later called to check up on me after. Overall it was a remarkable service!
