Bad customer service
It has come to my attention that I was paying insurance for three years with mtn insurance for a device that I lost and reported to mnt and I was told that the device that I m claiming was not insured and they didn't give me any phone but continued to take payment

Failure to keep their promises
I'm having trouble getting response and updates with omni cover. These people their ignoring my emails and make empty promises on how my car issues will be settled. Its been four months now my car not resolved what should I do please help

Insurance not responding
Please assist me here I was involved in an accident 02/08/19 with RC KONA Enterprise truck .. and reported the matter and their insurance brokers requested documents and I sent them all to the .. until today my car is not fixed and I'm no getting any updates from them.. Please help
