What poor services! My parcel was available since the 12 Nov, to date I still haven't receive it. No communication as I whatzapped/try to call, the number is not in service, also emailed NO response!!! This is a very shady business, they are a bunch of ******...Stay away from them. They will sell you parts that doesn't work and refuse you your refund. Even if you desperate stay away....
This is a very ********* company, in fact they are rather dishonest and arrogant... doesn't matter how desperate you are, stay away.
People please be warned, Chevy Boys are a bunch of *******. The sold me an alternator for my Cruze, the indicated it was new, yesterday the alternator arrived, I could see when opening it that it was used before, which made me reluctant to fit it, I got it tested and the auto electrician confirmed its not working. I contacted Ash from Chevy Boys, they refuse to return and refund me. Even if you desperate do not buy anything from them. I will definitely take action against such thievery.
This company is scammers, they took my money without my consent and now refusing to pay me back or even return my calls or emails. It's been going on for months.
Over two years ago I reported this company for their terrible services about two weeks ago they deducted money from my account without my consent. I'm now struggling to get my money back. I'm contemplating taking legal action surely there are laws in place to protect consumers from what I can only describe as theft. Why are these companies allowed to operate when all they do is take people's money. Stay away from this company
Please stay away from this company it's the most useless policy to have and the looking for reasons not to repair your dents and scratches.
I have been called by the agent explaining that I have a certain value on a travel card, which give me excess to national and international hotels and travel destinations. I have to pay a monthly subscription, which they ended up taking the full annual subscription. For weeks I didn't get any welcome email or communication at which point I enquired and based on the poor service and communication I decided to cancel this subscription. It has been over two months and I still haven't received my refund. I call and get promised the refund every time but to date I still haven't received anything. They are clearly only focused on getting my money as now that I have cancelled by subscription I have to beg for the refund.
