RAM couriers is the pits,these people were supposed to deliver my order yesterday then they cancelled,a day later they call asking if I’m home and I tel them I’m 5 minutes away then they say the driver will deliver if I’m home next he tells the driver is in Meyerton where’s I stay in alberton,I call their call centre to find out were my parcel is they say address has been changed and it will be delivered next day,next thing I track my order it shows order is returned and they couldn’t deliver and they keep telling me address changed and when I ask who changed they say they don’t know
This people don’t even deserve a star,bough shoes with them last year ,they delivered wrong size,been calling them last year to come collect them and bring me the right size to this day their call centre just keep taking me from pillar to post,they tell will call you back or will get them collected and next thing a week pass and nothing is done
They are the worst,I bought couches worth R20k and was told they will be delivered in 2 weeks,2 weeks pas and I have been calling their store at Newtown and head office but they been sending from pillar to post,even head office tell me they will call me and nothing,their sales guys don’t answer my calls and their store just answer and say they will then nothing,no feedback no update,just Faldo hope and promises,they just want customer to believe they know what they doing but nothing even today I’m still waiting,I though calling their head office will help and spread up the process but nothing you get the same treatment from branch to head office
Can I say how useless Ram couriers are, it's been 2 weeks now waiting for my package, last week they came while I was at work and I had to drive back to my place to collect it, and they refused to give me the package even though I had my ID with me, only problem with my proof of address was that it didn't have street name but had my names and correct suburb, now on Monday I phoned again cos I had to change address and they said it will be delivered Tuesday which I did call again and I was told no they had to update address and it will be delivered Wednesday, come today (Wednesday) they call me to confirm address and I ask OK what time will they deliver, they tell me it will now be delivered Thursday or Friday bcos the delivery guys left it, I'm like how did they leave it behind cos it's been 2weeks now waiting for that package, they telling me something wrong with address being updated, but I foned twice even on the website I checked it showed my address being updated, I'm now livid with thses guys????
Guys in April 2019 I sold my car Kia Rio and phoned tracker to cancel which they did,and also same month I bought another and phoned them again to install a new unit,ok fast forward to October they contact me saying I drive o high risk vehicle and they need to install second device which is free of charge,they did that and them month end I notice they double debit me,I call and ask what's happening they tell me there is another car with a different reg,I tell them I don't own a second car and they said okay they will cancel,them I get an email saying m liable to pay for the second car,I tell them I can't pay for some I don't know,ok cool then November again they double debit me again and I call to ask what happening,they telling when second device was installed it picked up another one that was used before on the car by the previous owner,and I asked why are they charging me for that cos u have only one device with them,lady tells me I'm liable becos I did change of ownership, because now I want my money back
