I explained to them that I am unable to pay for the insurance, I need a payment holiday since I was on maternity leave and won't have funds, but they refused because they can't do it, and then I asked to cancel it. King Price has refused to cancel the insurance, and I have made the call from 2024 already. From the time I was on maternity leave in June 2024. They keep selling me the lower plan, which I mentioned to the team that I won't be able to pay, even if it's a low premium. The statement below is a sign of hypocrisy. The result? I reversed the money for my baby's need for food. A car is a luxury, not a need. I will still reverse the money so my baby can eat or keep warm. Tatso Management you need to update your booking system and your information on your website. when you have does systems in place, use them to inform the customers and the system should be relevant and updated. I booked on the online booking system for 2 people for a lunch buffet. When I was doing the booking the was nowhere on the website or any disclaimer that indicated that Tatso only offers Buffet on the weekends, or that during the week the bookings are for special occasions only. That information I got when I got to the buffet. This left me DISSAPOINTED...I drove all the way from the North of Pretoria to the east just to be told that these no buffet during the week since the start of COVID-19. SO SINCE COVID-19, THESE NO-ONE COMPETENT ENOUGHT IN YOU COMPANY TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE AND INFOM THE CUSTOMERS OF THE NEW UPDATES ABOUT THE BUFFET? I FIND THIS VERY *********** FOR A BIG COMPANY AS SUN INTERNATIONAL. YOUR SERVICES ARE NOT FIT FOR INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS SHAME!
