In December 2024 I was in a process of purchasing a vehicle with WeBuyCars. I paid my first amount of 20k and after that the salesman told me of issues with the car that was not on the website upon purchase. I then decided to cancel the deal. After a long back and forth I only received 16k. Till now I haven't received my 4k. I have sent several emails and instead WeBuyCars is blatantly ignoring me. This is a huge **** and I just want my money that is all
I had an accident in March this year and claim was approved. But the sent Auth nr to the wrong dealership. And only sent it where my car was at after 29 days. I finally got it and car was repaired. When I fetched it in May it was in a Friday. I realized it is not driving well. I could only take it vack the Monday. I took it in, and after almost 2 month no one from miway has called me. When I went to the dealership to find out last month if they heard anything, I was told miway did respond and in an email (which miway did not even Cc me in) Isaac that they suggested that it might have to be written off. Because the machenic conformed to miway that the Top gasket had blown. When I called miway I was sent from Pillar to post and nobody wanted to take responsibility. And till today miway has not called me and for all these month I am paying for a car I am not even driving
Early this year before my monthly car installment went off. I received an SMS from MFC notifying me of an increace in installment. The tears rolled down my eyes. Because I have been paying for a broken car for the past 6 months, due to the dealer not disclosing to me that the car was involved in multiple accidents and had engine parts belonging to a completely different car model. What pains me is not the crook of a dealer that ripped me off the most, it's MFC who I have mailed several times about this matter. When I was highly pregnant late last year. And had to deliver early due to this traumatic ordeal. It's MFC lack of following up with me. To at least ask if I'm ok. Yet each and every 25th I'm being reminded of my installment that will go off. I've been paying for a car the past 6 months that I hardly drove. And I never skip a payment. Yet as a loyal client of MFC, I have been neglecting by the bank. This has been the most painful financial experience to ever happen in my adult like.
