Good service from ERW
This company is professional I was helped by Gavin and he is sooo professional. They stuck to their professionalism and time frame as we agreed. My wall was built in a day we agreed upon nd the workers are clean nd left my yard clean after installing my wall. Am really happy with ERW service. Keep it up ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor service
Iam not happy with services iam getting from real estate services agent called soza. I bought a property via this company and after the bank paid them the agent started ignoring my calls. He promised to give the house keys on Saturday before 12 o’clock but now this guy is not answering my calls nd now M stranded with my kids without a place to stay as I have vacated the apartment I was renting. It is raining am just not happy with the service I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even my enermy.

Refusal of issuing of Paid up letter
I payed my MTN account via vericred till today I haven’t received my paid up letter and mtn says they did not receive communication and proof that I payed my account in full. Vericred I gave you my money I want it back or please lease with MTN to give me my paid up letter and update my credit profile with transunion

I will never recommend MTN to anyone, I have pleaded with them to give me the paid up letter even today they have not got back to me. Iam soo frustrated because I have paid them I don’t know what to do because I really need the letter desperately.

Company doesn’t want to cancel cellphone contract
I had two cellphone contracts with Intellicel and I finished one of them and I cancelled the contract on time . I called few months back to check if indeed the contract is cancelled and I was told that it is cancelled but now I find that the very same contract still appears on my credit report and am told that the account in question is in areas as I didn’t cancel the contract while I did. And again intellicel doesn’t update their information with credit bereaus it last updated In january and this is affecting my credit score . I called Intellicel this week and I spoke to abongile and daynel who promised to investigate the matter by listening to recordings but still they did not get back to me

Dmc has listed me on credit bereau for a Cell C debt that iam paying with css . I called them many times to explain and all the time am told that I must wait for seven days for them to resolve the matter they demanded that i send them the css so that they can communicate with them and verify that indeed am paying the debt even today they haven’t got back to me and this is really frustrating me because I really need my name cleared.
