When I enquired about an aftermarket radio, they were very helpful. R20 000 was paid for the radio. I have been battling to get feedback from them. They just ignore my emails and whatsapp chats. I have been battling to get feedback, and they don't come back to me. On installation, the air vent cover was damaged, and the sim reader was not working. Teboho had to place a small spacer inside the sim reader for it to make contact. Order was placed on 06/04/2022, and my sim reader is still not working after I have taken out a sim contract for it to be able to work. I AM JUST SICK AND TIRED OF ASKING AND ASKING AND BEGGING. Pathetic service is an understatement. It is almost a year later and not sorted. They only reply to my Whatsapp messages when they feel like it, and I hardly ever get response from emails.

Pathetic service is an understatement After my last comment on the 12th December, I have requested feedback on the following dates: 13th December, I was told that Teboho is always working in the field, and cannot respond immediately. I then asked for feedback on 13th December @ 11:53, again at 12:45, again at 16:05- and NO FEEDBACK. asked again on the 14th, and EVENTUALLY received feedback, and was told they are waiting for delivery. I have asked again on th 13th January@11:53, and NO feedback. Asked again on the 10th February at 10:00, and NO feedback as usual. Asked again on 12 February@08:24, and no feedback. Asked again at 11:21 on the 12th Feb, and NO answer. asked again on the 15th February at 15:03, and AGAIN NO feedback. Asked AGAIN on the 16th February at 10:37, and NO feedback. Asked again on the 17th February at 13:24, and guess what...NO RESPOPONSE AS USUAL

I bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz GL 350cdi from Siya at Anglo Car dealers in Benoni. I was told to sign the ABSA document 1st before they do the "finishing touches" as per our agreement, and the finance document was signed on the 5th September. I only received the vehicle on the 17th September, without the dvd remote( without the remote, the dvd wont operate) It was agreed with Nazeer, workshop manager to either fit 2x Michelin tyres, or 4x more affordable tyres(i suggested Dunlop) and I will pay in the difference( which should have been about +/- R2500 or so. Difference between 2x expenseive tyres, and 4x more affordable tyres).They couldn't get the dvd player working as well, and told me that they need to order the remote. He told me (on whatsapp) that he will advise me when he have the remote, and then I need to pay the difference on the tyres which I don't have a problem. Currently he refuse to get me the remote(which I don't think he have) and told me to pay R6000 difference on tyres 1st(which was not agreed). I have signed their delivery note, which I have indicated on that they owe me the remote. They also refuse to send me a copy of the delivery note( Siya and Nazeer). They received their payment over a month ago for the vehicle from ABSA, so they absolutely don't care about their customer's request. So many whatsapp messages between Nazeer and myself, and Siya (apparently in charge of the sales) and myself, and with no success. absolutely pathetic after sales service, from a RMI approved dealer/workshops manager. They don't stick to their arrangement, and a lying to their customers, once the customer signed the documents.
I bought a set of Dunlop FM800 225/55/16 for my vehicle from Dunlop Zone in Midrand. I had Michelin tyres on, but was looking for something affordable. I had absolutely no issues with my Michelins( no vibrations etc). Ash was the salesman. Vehicle was returned for re-balancing after a week as there was a vibration on the tyres. They did balance again, and 3 days later, was returned AGAIN as the vibration was still there. They referred me to Dunlop Technical in Jet Park( Charles and Francois). I had to make an"appointment"as they do not help "drive in"customers at all, and was only managed to be assisted about a week later on appointment. Jet Park(Charles) balanced the tyres again, and replaced 2x tyres as they were faulty units. After about a week, i was back again( and had to go through the process of making a booking again) and Francois did the balancing himself. Francois picked up that 2x rims were "damaged", thus the reason for the vibration.(even though i had NO vibrations on my Michelins) 3 Days later I was back, and the "un-damaged" rims was vibrating badly(again). i informed him that i will get the "damaged"rims repaired, and will return the car for another assessment( this will be the 6th time!!!!!!). Francois couldn't fit me in for the remainder of the week (wed-fri). He was/is to "busy" I am sick and tired of the whole Dunlop attitude. Over a month Ihave been battling to get SERVICE from Dunlop. I Think this as absolutely absurd, and unacceptable. I have wasted hrs and hrs of time off work, and hundreds of rands worth of fuel!!! All i need is my tyres sorted!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANY DUNLOP PRODUCTS AGAIN.
