It would seem to me that the company "Lucky Fish" are operating in a very dubious manner. I deposited R100 on the 31 December 2025. My FICA was completed and showed as being successful, yet about half an hour later whilst waiting for the fireworks to begin, my account was suddenly closed. My balance was R90. On calling them numerous times I was told that I had to now send a picture, once again, of my ID and a selfie, which I did but my account remained closed. I again called and they said they now require me to take a selfie with my ID book below my chin, which I did. And still my account remains closed. No matter how many times you call they will come up with some ridiculous reason for your account to remain closed and your money to remain in their account unobtainable to you. I know I only had R90 in my account BUT how many other unsuspecting people have had the same thing happen to them? If you add it all up LUCKY FISH could be sitting with millions of Rands held in their account and the people, like myself, who deposited the money have no way of gaining access to it until LUCKY FISH decide to release it back into our accounts. Is it possible that LUCKY FISH cannot handle the payments of people who are winning on their site and therefor come up with the most ridiculous reasons to keep peoples money to help them pay out there debt? Keeping someone's money ********ly is the same as *****ing.

What a fantastic company. Such a pleasure doing business with them. I placed an order for a cooling wrap for my dog which should have been delivered 2 to 3 days after the order BUT on calling them and explaining my little dog needed it urgently they rushed the order to me and I received it the following morning. Having been referred to this company by The Pole Yard, Gauteng, I was very skeptical. I needed construction and carpentry services at a good price. Having been taken for a ride by a builder, who I managed to get Carte Blanche on board to catch in the act of *****, I was naturally worried that the same thing would happen again but what a surprise I got. Working with Brian and his team at Ultra Building Services was a real pleasure. He actually cares about what he's doing. I have yet to work with a company that has such high morals. His work ethic was superb and not only did he arrive on time every single day with his team but they worked tirelessly each day until the job was finished. The work itself was of a very high standard and his attitude towards myself, his client, is very hard to come by these days. He is pleasant, professional and actually listens to what you want done and surprisingly enough he does what is required with no fuss or bother to you. I would recommend Brian and his team to anyone who needs construction work / carpentry work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I'm sure Brian and his team will go far in this chosen field for his company is not only professional but extremely trustworthy.
Excellent service, the quote was sent immediately to me. I paid the deposit and made my booking. Fixer was in contact with me the moment the mechanic arrived. The mechanic, Oliver, was fantastic, went straight to work and fixed my car's problem, then did a diagnostic test, and advised me of the few other problems my car has. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and have, at long last, found a reputable mechanical company to keep my cars in tip top shape. Wow what fantastic service I received from Outsurance. I recently joined them for cover on my house which has a thatch roof. We had very bad winds about two weeks ago and the roof was badly damaged and a section blew off. Outsurance immediately sent someone to temporarily fix the roof and then sent a very friendly assessor out to check the roof. In a matter of a few days my claim was approved. Thank you Outsurance for giving me such OUTstanding fantastic service.
I rushed my 18 year old cat, Ginger, who just had a stroke, to the New South Veterinary Centre in Johannesburg South at around 6.40pm on Monday, 13 April 2020. On arriving at their glass doors I was told I could not enter because I did not have a mask on and it was the law that I wear a mask. There was no other clients there at the time only the receptionist. I explained that it was an emergency and I had thought my mask was in the handbag I took with me. As I stood there outside the door with little Ginger in her basket I asked the receptionist on duty if I could buy a mask from the Vet as it was an emergency. She calmly told me that when the door closes I can read the sign on it which states I must wear a mask and that the clinic does not sell masks. I told her it was not the law in SA to wear a mask but she insisted it is the law. I know the law and it is not compulsory in SA to wear a mask not yet and even so, in a state of an emergency surely I could have purchased one of their masks? Instead I was turned away with a no care attitude. I told the receptionist I would take the matter further and she couldn't care less. The New South Veterinary Centre has an advert running on their phone when you call in it says something along the lines of “we are always there for your furry friends” that is a joke. The receptionist had no compassion and could care less if my cat was dying in my arms. I find this completely unacceptable, they could have charged me R1000 for a mask to use to let me in I would have paid it but she didn’t care less and wouldn’t even call the vet. Someone like that should not be working at any animal hospital as she has no compassion whatsoever or the will in her head to try and help, it is obviously just a job for her or maybe a bit of racism? To cut a long story short, Ginger was euthanized and I made sure she did not suffer that night with no help from the New South Veterinary Centre. The disgraceful treatment I received at this Centre during the time of an emergency was far from compassionate and was without a doubt the most inhumane behavior I have ever encountered. They should be ashamed of their staff.
