Stay away from them and never give them your banking details one wrong click and you will loose money with no way to get it back its basically a scam.

How they treat a customer who's been with them on this line for more than 8 years.
If you the have a option to use a different provider take it, Our line with them has been bad for years and the service has been terrible. But that's not the problem at the moment our line isn't working ,at the moment it goes on and off at best we get 0.6mb we pay for 10mb what is very low for the money we pay and the phone sounds like you calling thru a waterfall so we called them after being hanged up many times after waiting and listening to that bad elevator music for ages and finally got a hold of them they informed us it has the fault has been created and the technician will message us if he needs to get a hold of us, We later got a message from telkom saying that they will be coming on the 11th any time from 8 to 16:00 so we made sure we where at the house the whole day to make sure we where there when they arrived. The day came and went on no messages or calles and no technician, I called again the next day to ask what happened and was informed they don't have any technicians assigned to us yet and the message must of been a mistake and they will now assign some one to us, We have been having problems with the line where it cant be used hardly at all for more than week now and have called many times I checked the reference number on there site and shows it was only reported on the very last time I called them. If you have a option to use any other company don't waste your money on them and if you have to try stay away from them as much as possible.

Mother buffer bad network
Bad service you do not get what you pay for been with them for years and they never upgrade there infrastructure worst provider to be with.
