I am 96 y.old. This Pharmacy MARARA who are new Service Providers afyer PHARMACY DIRECT used by BONITAS will kill me. Diabolical processing of Scripts. Lying when they say "unreceived". Copious phone calls and crying bring about a putting down of the phone. Non-accountability. Refusal to elevate. Can't speak to anyone other than tele-staff...who you can't understand, can't hear, and are disinterested in your stress or your problem. I am on chronic meds and need them timeously. Doesn't happen. Took my Daughter to call them "a bunch if idiots" and ask them "why do they WANT to prove their stupidity to everyone" to get things motivated. I eventually received my delivery. But why do I have to go through this to get what I PAY FOR? And what is legally entitled to me. Suggest BONITAS gets to the plate. Jack's themselves up. And gets MARARA into line ir finc yet another Provider...one that is capable of DOING THEIR JOB.
Rushed my 96 yo Mother to Constantiaberg Emergency Unit as she fell of a chair having momentarily passed out. HIt head on floor. Sliced leg open. This was 7.30 p.m. after 3 hrs she was still not attended to. Add: Verbal eplanation of ECG eventually taken was far from satisfactory with an inaudible wishy washy reply that made no sense. The stickers were left on her body. She struggled to get 7 of them off by the time we got home at 12 o'clock last night. The not-si-busy nurses station which had at any given time 3-4 behind it told her they "thought she had been attended to..." No checking for concussion at any time by looking into her eyes with a light. 3 times we had to answer the same questions...this apart from having given ALL the relevanr nfo on a form. A general office has an IN and OUT tray....I find this response appaling!! Somebody mentioned Victoria Hospital gives better service. That's REALLY saying something....
The Cobbler Blue Route Centre: I was shocked to receive boot heal repair that was twisting and loose and nothing said...and you have to pay up front. My second shock was they could not find a boot repair of R400. When I asked to come behind the counter I was shocked for the 3rd time to see shoes (customers' repairs) squashed and unattached in compartments under the desk. No packets. No tags. No names. No references. Just a jumbled mess each and every single compartment. They cld not find my repair. Nor could I. The gentlemen behind the desk searched the computer....for what?...they found the slip and my name but No other info. Never again. Another gentleman was in the shop and the dealing with him was unprofessional...to say the very least...as it was with myself. I'm trying to contact a Ms Kowie who owns it now..little success. Has anybody else complained about this service?
Their bread - White Sandwich in blue and white packet - the slices have reduced in size whilst the price goes up. You can now pinch the packet an inch each side (2 inches). I am disappointed in such dishonesty by Woolworths. I shop there for the QUALITY and QUANTITY per product. Am prepared to pay a little more for that. But this is an obvious scam. The slices now disappear in my toaster and don't even pop up above it's level. Not going to buy their bread anymore.
26th January 2017 I purchased a Cell Phone Contract from Telkom. It was dysfunctional and the contract cancelled 3 days later legally, by all methods. 4 years 5 months later I have been daily harrassed by this dysfunctional and inept company. ....and amounts in a most devious manner taken off my bank account. Even when we onto the number reference they use, they use a different one the following month....even taking the word "Telkom" out of it so the Bank's computers cant pick them up. Shocking abuse of "power". Also the rudeness of staff and their Credit Department/s is beyond any acceptable level. Even thought copies of all the documentation has been sent to them. once or twice by registered mail to document proof, they say they never received it (sic!) Their legal representatives (constantly changing) are phoning all the time on the hour ...!!!...some days, many days in the week. What has an honest, non-lying/deceiving Pensioner gotta do to get them to stop this? Do not deal with Telkom is all I can say. I believe I am one of hundreds of similar complaints, country wide.
I would like to highly commend this Woolworths. I have a branch near me in Tokai but I prefer going to Lakeside. I love the fact that everyone in there obeys the Covid-19 rules explicitly. I love the staff. So well mannered. So clean. So professional. I have chosen to no longer go to Stores or shops that have Xhosas behind the desk. They are miserable. Rude. And ignore you. They snort. And snot. I can't bear them.
