Best service I have ever received, with cars that look as if they just rolled out of a dealership brand new, paperwork did take a bit longer then expected but they explained everything and assisted with getting everything sent through to me
I could not be more happy with the car and overall service, UNLESS it comes to getting my registration papers and number plates, I have never struggled like this to get these, usually this is ready a couple of weeks after the car was purchased but the temporary license has expired at the end of July and I have been told multiple times that it has been ordered and will be ready by X date which every time I had to call in just to find out that its not even been ordered yet or at the branches, then they advised that they will order and courier it with, you guessed it, ME following up to find out nothing has been ordered or arranged for delivery, this was honestly the best service I received until now
They started off great by contacting me immediately with the quotation and any queries, till I took the insurance, we then realized that it was the incorrect model and their app does not have the correct model, I have been struggling since to get a hold of anyone to assist me with updating the cover with no luck, email, whatsapp and app
Where do we start? It was a simple claim for 2 tyres due to a pothole that was hit, its been over a month and Naked does not even know where my car is at the moment, there is absolutely no feedback or sense of urgency and you can never get a hold of the assessors for any proper feedback, would never recommend for anybody
Used to be very reliable and excellent to work with, but since late last year (2022) it seems to of been taking a big downward trend, in the past I never had any form of connection issues, now it is constant from my line being throttled when it's an uncapped and unshaped line to internet dying at the most inconvenient times, I work shifts from home so being down for 3 hours because there is no such thing as after hour support to assist with issues is a big issue, not to mention when you log a call for assistance you only get assisted 3 days afterwards with a call asking if the issue was resolved, yes it was but clearly not permanently as a couple of days later I sit with the exact same issue.

False adverti*****t with their birthday bash, mocking his clients in their faces as the special said the 1st 10 customers and we were standing outside his shop since 5 in the morning and all he had to say and do was mock us and being disrespectful, this is not how a vape shop is supposed to be, lost all my respect, and ALL of this was from the store manager himself.
After a month's notice and cancellation with account in order, Mygym contacts you to settle "bad debt" four years later. When phoning to sort out the problem they do not answer their phones. Either their systems are flawed or they have an incompetent accounts management department.
