I was bought a set of these pots for Christmas The first problem was that the lids did not sit properly because the pots were warped They were swapped Then the lid handles fell off They were swapped From their first use, you cannot cook with the lids closed because the water runs down the pot side due to the way the lids sit on the pots The non stick seems to sc**** off from basic cooking using even their utensils And God forbid you try to contact them to complain! Nobody answers or responds The service is awful... just like their pots... expensive for nothing...
Every time I fly with Safair I either travel alone or with my two kids, 2 and 8, now 3 and 9. I never get offered priority boarding, I have to always argue my way into the line. I also am almost always asked to walk through the bay to enter through the rear exit/entrance despite having to walk with two kids Today the 4th of November, a 7pm flight is the worst, my ticket was checked and I was asked to join the long queue, after halfway walking there I turned around and decided I'm not doing this to myself. It is windy and raining and quite cold outside, but because my seat is above 22 I HAVE TO enter through the rear door! So I had to walk down a wet staircase, carrying my kid, then walk up a staircase, with hand luggage, get cold and wet and do the very same to my kids. Is this even allowed? What happens to safety, never mind customer service??? I am honestly furious that this is what parents travelling alone or single parents have to go through Then,
In an effort to spoil, pamper and surprise my other half with a 'different' experience, I thought why not Illyria House. The building is beautiful, however, it is old, very old and poorly kept. We found cobwebs on curtains, broken chandeliers, repaired bedside lamps, etc, that's apart from the stuffy smell lingering everywhere. The fancy honeymoon suite was old, needed a fresh and alive coat of paint, colors were depressing as they were all cream an beige but again it looked worse than it was because of the poorly maintained Victorian items. Whilst sitting on the couch we heard the pitter patter of little feet, we had a rat in our room, yes a rat. Despite the huge commotion from my screaming, we still had to phone reception so that they send someone up. He couldn't get it and eventually couldn't find it. I had to REQUEST another room, which was awful, the chandelier was not just hideous but broken and repaired poorly. The room was stuffy and poorly put together. The bed felt like it was as old as the house and the pillows, gosh, we were better off without any. Dinner, goodness me! It was supposed to be romantic and amazing. It was awful. The seafood, crayfish in particular, was black, yes it had gone bad. Their silver cutlery accompanied every meal that had lemon juice making everything taste like chemicals served in a tin can. I don't think I could be more disappointed After complaining to the owner, we were offered a couples massage - yet again disappointing We were put on two uncomfortable mobile massage beds, with damp towels in a tiny little sun room with no heating and trust me it was cold I am glad it was free because I wanted it over from the start. Such an expensive disappointment
FNB Connect seems to have monthly technical errors with regard to their debit orders for subscriptions, rendering sim cards inactive until such time they can debit your account or you buy additional airtime and data Extremely inconvenient and disappointing Their call centre staff simply disconnect the call if they feel they want to, in fact as soon as you state your enquiry. Almost as though they are saying 'no I don't want to help with that, next please' When you ask, when they will resolve their issue, the response is 'we don't know'!!!
