Really not impressed done my Plumbing Trade November 2020 and still waiting for my Trade Certificate been asking the college and they just keep telling me they don't receive it if from the QTCO, I did my Trade with a sponsor that was a Attorney he want to proceed with Litigation if we do not receive any reply my current Company also require my Trace Certificate as a matter of urgency. This will be my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter! This people don't seem to be able to make arrangements and keep by it made arrangements for 3 months one month paid, receiving calls just to find out they did not load it for 3 months and the amount is more than the previous this is really ****ing me off now more than 15 mails has been send! Asked for the Managers number but no feedback
Poor service, have been unemployed and my account was in arrears till I got a job, had so many issues to get hold of someone to assist me with arrangements as I'm not able to take calls at my new employment and the lady who sent me a Summons for the small amount of R292.90 being outstanding sarcastic feedback that I APPARENTLY can not take calls and they need to make an arrangement then also they said it was done, Still received calls just to find out no arrangement was made then made an arrangement of R100 for arrears over 3 months and R75.90 for monthly service they still did not make the correct arrangement and deducted R185.90 and R75.90 for the months service sent a mail to 4 people and no one till date gave me feedback on what is going on with my arrangement poor poor service don't even know if in case of emergency will I get the service needed if they can't even make arrangements correctly!
Very dissatisfied with the service Month to month has to be paid in advance, if no data used still reliable for bill asked to cancel got a bill to pay for 2 months! as they say we can't cancel over the phone proceeded to canceled on portal at the start of May, How can someone pay for something not used after cancellation 10 people phone and still not cancelled finaly got a e-mail of the cancellation after someone phoned but then it could be cancelled over the phone? about 5 e-mails sent just to get this matter resolved no one phones you, you will receive calls 10 days afterwords, Received a letter that they will give the account to a 3rd party for collections, Collections on something not used!!! can't see if none of the service provided was used also need to courier my own router back to them as they will not collect it due to non payment all of the providers I have been with was first use data then pay the excuse they are own provides. Still waiting to hear from Fiber as our area are live but they don't get back to you! Thanks I will switch to a cheaper and more convenient provider.
You guys phoned me to collect on one of my accounts 1st the account has prescribed as this was 2012, 2nd there where payments made on this account the proof was forwarded to your office the e-mail used pricess@gvdm.co.za no feedback was received on my query that they must make sure of the amount outstanding it has been 2 weeks you want to collect on a amount not even outstanding!!!! one of your ladies phoned me asking for payments and I made it clear that until I get clarity from your client I will make payments I suggest you get your **** together and get the correct info!!!! the call was recorded you are more than welcome to listen to it!!!!
