Telkom Ruining my credit record
Telkom has provided me with a paid-up letter but has not updated my credit record reflecting this. This has now compromised my credit score negatively indicating that I have arrears on the account. Now this has impacted me being able to get a bond from multiple banks, and the banks that have given me an offer are giving me high-interest rates because I look like I haven't paid them.

21 Days and counting for a paid up letter. TERRIBLE
I have tried everything in my power to receive a paid-up letter from Telkom. I have spent hundreds of rands worth of airtime to attempt to get this done to no avail. The best any consultant can do is "Email the relevant department" - there is no direct way to interface with the department to try and escalate this issue. The most frustrating part of this whole this is that this is not even my fault - this is a system fault. I feel so helpless. Its even affecting my credit rating as its indicating that owe Telkom. Based on this - I will never recommened Telkom to anyone.

Frauduster and Level of service is pathetic
Wayne Henry's phone is off and does dont reply to emails and does not put his phone on after you have paid him money. He runs away with your money and then tries to deny it here on Hello Peter. DO NOT USE THIS GUY - He is a fraudster!!

Runs away with your money
Wayne has made off with R10 000 of mine after half completing My paving project. His phone remains off and he does not reply to my messages. I thought he was committing fraud in the beginning of our engagements when I had Paid him his required 60% deposit and then he called me to pay more money so he could hire a compacting machine, whic should never be a requirement of me after I have paid the deposit. Now after messing me around for weeks he has disappeared and is nowhere to be seen. I would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this individual.
