I flew with Qatar airways to Istanbul via doha. My parents were travelling with Qatar airways aswel and was going on a cruise. Qatar airways lost their luggage and couldn't locate it. My parents were due to get on the cruise the following day and by time the cruise left, Qatar has still not Sent their luggage. My parents were without clothing for 10 days on their cruise, which they saved up for their entire life and they were so miserable on the cruise because of not having clothes. Qatar then sent it to a destination where the cruise stopped, and by the time the cruise left, the luggage still haven't arrived. Eventually on return to Istanbul, they got their bags, which was in a bad condition, broken, wheels broken and the bags just completely messed up. This is besides the fact of all the hassles we had to go through in order to get hold of Qatar airways. We have emailed, to which we got no responses. On the website it said that we should call for lost luggage, then we called, just to be told that we should log it online. And when we said but it said online that we should call, they simply said there's nothing they could do. I flew business class with Qatar airways going and their standard is just not great at all. The toilets on the plane was just filthy all the time, the plane itself had a very bad smell. On my journey back from doha to cape Town, I had a 13hours layover. I was told I was not eligible for a transit accommodation because there are sooner flights to cape Town. I told the lady that when I booked in April, there wasn't any sooner flights from doha to cape Town. Why would I choose to layover for 13 hours???? Then she said ya but there is sooner flights now. So basically I had to pay extra to get on a sooner flight. This is how dishonest Qatar airways is and still milking customers for Money. They shouldn't be getting skytrax awards at all!!!! I always fly emirates and what a lovely experience, always! If your layover is longer than 10hours on emirates, irrespective if there is a sooner flight, they give you accommodation. For the first time ever, I thought let me give Qatar airways a try and what a disaster it was. This was the most horrifying, terrible, disastrous trip I have ever been on. I was stressed most my trip because of my parents bags. I am just utterly and completely disgusted with the service and treatment of Qatar airways. Thank you for making my journey a nightmare!

This is thee worst place ever. I ordered a galaxy fit e charger online from them. Waited a month and half for it to arrive. When it arrived, it was not the same charger that they advertised. I took a picture of the one they sent me and screenshot the one they advertise and sent them the pictures via email and asked them what the way forward is, that was on Friday past already and to date, no response! Shocking and horrible service aswel.
This is utterly disturbing for a bank. I have been sitting for more than an hour waiting to see a consultant. I have literally wasted my entire lunch time sitting in the bank and still did not get to see a consultant. And whats funny is that the bank was not even full. This is really poor and pathetic service from standard bank.
