I bought a phone September 2024 and insured it for 6 months once the 6 months contract ended I renewed a contract which I paid it monthly which will expirer March 2026, On the 15th January my phone just stopped charging and took it to the shop for insurance to help me, I waited and waited, calling the insurance with no help, up until they cannot help me as my insurance covered only when the phone is lost, ****** or fell and damaged which is are not stated on the Insurance policy, after I received messages from them that my insurance has lapsed. I have been paying for nothing.
I ordered on the 13th Sept 2015 till today the 29th haven't got my order, they don't respond my messages anymore, i even called and theg said they will get back to me in 10 minutes but never called back, when i call again they don't pick up my calls, they gave me RAM tracking but when i track it says collection cancelled, i called RAM to find out what is happening and they explained that they went 3 times to the store and Embedded told them my order is not ready yet while they telling me my order has been dispatched. I don't need those i ordered anymore, i just need them to refund me because i ordered those for an event that is already passed. I bought a Telefunken 55" smart TV last year march at game store (vryburg) on december last year TV started to have a problem of not showing pictures but has the sound. I looked for receipt with no luck. January i contacted the store to tell them the problem am facing with the Tv and the purchase slip then i asked them if they cannot assist to help me to check for the payment on their system or maybe duplicate of purchase slip. they asked me to send my bank statement because i pain via bank card for them to check the payment on their system, they requested card number also and told me they can see the payment but the only problem is they want the receipt number which i do not have hence i asked the shop for assistance hoping maybe they might get duplicate of the receipt on the system or maybe on the file. I humbly request further assistance from the head office to assist on this matter because even now TV is not working properly. we can hear sound but there is no pictures it is dark. Thank you
I have ordered 2 heaters July and received 1 heater i informed them and they told me they will stop to debit the money until they resolve the matter....they did not debit for 1 month and the following month they started to debit..i sent them emails several times and they keep on saying they still on investigation process but i do not hear anything until i send them email and i get "we still in process" they still debit money in my account ...The money that they debited is more than cost of 1 heater i got. i don't do anything in my name everywhere i go i have been told my home choice account is a Arrears....PLEASE HELP
