I placed a door to door delivery only for them to deliver my order at a pick up point. They did not inform me they would be doing this and when I asked them the person I was speaking to called Millicwnt was absolutely rude. She was unapologetic and happy to tell me that they deal with a lot of customers that understand. I've never dealt with anyone more rude than this person. When I asked for a refund they tell me about 7 working days eventhough its their fault I did not receive my order
What a joke of a company. My fiber line has not been working since the 27th. No one can tell me what the problem is just that they are escalating. How ridiculous. I have to buy airtime to call them and data to be able to work. Vodacom and Vumatel are huge companies but non of them can figure out how to switch on 1 line?! Disgusting
Completely disappointed in how my account has been handled. I made a payment using their ussd code as I do every month, only for them not to debit my account. I check my account and I am surprised to see that my installment has doubled. When I call in, I am told that the short code has an issue which is why I have not been debited. Who did they tell???? Furthermore I get a debit the next day because I obviously called to find out what the issue is. Then 2 days later I get an sms saying payment was not recieved and to call them urgently. Upon calling I speak to another person who also does not care about my issue and does not even understand my query and is completely unapologetic and unbothered. So qt the end of a 2 calls, a whatapp conversation and an email, I still don't know whats what!
I ordered from UberEats a while back. On the app was a foldover meal from Mcdonalds that was priced lower than usual. This was not a surprise to me as I often get discounts on the meals I order. So I ordered it because I was attracted to the meal and the bargain. To my surprise when the order arrived it was just the foldover and not the meal. The driver proceeds to tell me that the item I selected on the app was priced incorrectly and therefore I only get the foldover and not the complete order. I was livid and told him I am not paying for something I did not order. The guy took it back but there remains this charge on my app that I need to settle. I sent a complaint to UberEats but all they could do was send me automated email responses about how i should add a card for payment of that outstanding amount. I use this app quite a bit and I am appalled at the total disregard of the customers issues. Completely disgusted by the service i received or rather the lack thereof.
