Further to an issue i had where Makro Cornubia billed me R2999 for an item marked R1399, the dept manager, Vernon Chetty, assured me that he will send me details of persons to contact when I do go in store for the refund. Despite several calls, I never got the info he promised. He is probably one of the worst persons I have encountered in terms of customer care and Makro should be ashamed of having personnel with such poor attitudes in leadership positions.
Rapidnet initially started with excellent support and speed of response. In my opinion, as the company grew, less was being done to ensure customer needs are met. Once again, in my opinion, they have an inexperienced staff at their support desk that makes call resolution a nightmare. This past year alone I have experienced several fibre breaks and really poor internet speeds at times...leading me to believe that their infrastructure cannot sustain their customer base. Despite all the frustrations voiced, their senior leadership just don't care. I have yet to be called by one of their senior leaders to enquire about the many challenges I have been experiencing. Today was the limit.....called their support number over 5 times totalling over 17 minutes and I couldn't get through. I need to really start considering an alternative provider.
I have been with Rapidnet for internet services for over four years. I have had some challenges but have also seen some improvement in their systems. However, in my opinion, their support team is absolutely poor. They are definitely not qualified enough to provide the kind of service I expect. This is evident from some of their attitudes and the really illogical questions they ask. I have complained about this on multiple occasions but there doesn't seem to be any action taken to resolve this competency issue. As I type this, one of the links at my alternate address has been down for two days with still no resolution in site. The inconvenience this is causing me now is phenomenal. I have mentioned to them on many occasions that because nobody lives permanently at this address, the internet link is critical for me to monitor the premises via CCTV......which I have not been able to do for the past two days. Rapidnet management seems to forget that we are people that also hold a job with working times. Really disappointing service. They seriously need to get their house in order, or we may have to look at alternative service providers in the area.
From the time I entered the restaurant I was greeted and treated with dignity and importance. Service was exceptionally prompt. The quality of food is exceptional and has never failed to satisfy my hunger on repeated occasions. I would recommend the BA Prawn dish - absolutely divine.
Service delivery is very poor. Sales are based on lies. They guarantee speeds to get the sale but the reality is that Rapid net cannot and does not provide continuous and stable links. Their manager fails to get back to you. Really disappointing. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
Amazing team that is ever willing to satisfy a client. Fast and professional service with a smile. Will gladly use them for all future retaining wall requirements.
