Herotel
I'M AT MY WITS END, we have had very bad wifi I have sent so many emails to Herotel we have no TV iv spend so much money on data phoning emailing just goes no where they phone but it does not get sorted out. Iv pd my Acc half of last mnth we had the same problem. Paying my Acc for NOTHING. Can anyone pls put me on to a company in EL that gives great service. I'm frustrated angry and really just OVER IT!!!!

I placed an order 28th November so far no order has arrived. I have sent numerous emails tried phoning did a complain on Hello Peter NOTHING!!!! I'M ANGRY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY VERY BAD SERVICE VERY BAD!!!!!!

I'm so irate I placed an order on the 28th of November I got no tracking number nobody answers the phone the email is a joke I have sent must be 20 emails asking for assistance a tracking no R300 later no response other then we have received your email and someone will reply in 48 hours???? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 IS THIS ANOTHER FLY BY NIGHT RIP OFF "COMPANY" this is disgusting I'm very angry and upset!!!!!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my dishwasher it's 2 years old and washes half of the dishes no mater what cycle it's on and it's RUSTING horribly we put in a complaint at GAME IN VINCENT PARK El. Still waiting for someone to come sort it out

So there I was in PEP HOME Hemminsway very eager to purchase some lovely goodies full trolley off to the cash register to pay I go only to be told they do not take American Express?. I'm with Nedbank. What a disappointment as it has happened in a few other shops in East London

WOW I'm astonished appalled and iterate at the horrible service my child got from MTN he was attacked the TRASH took money a lot of it his cell phone and otger things in his car they kindly gave his Licence back to him before leaving him in a state of fear. He went to MTN to block his phone and cell card that was done he has been trying to get a SIM Swap 2 days now and NO ONE at MTN seems to want to assist him? He can't work all his work info is on his Sim everything is on that Sim. MTN help line is absolutely USELESS.
