Excellent care for elderly passenger on Airlink flight
My 83 year old mother has recently enjoyed the hospitality of SA Airlink staff on a flight from OR Tambo to Cape Town. They took excellent care of her and ensured that she had a safe and happy flight. We are extremely grateful!

Unhelpful and unsafe
I wanted to settle the account for my father's funeral at AVBOB White River, Mpumalanga with a debit card. The two members of staff present at the office were not wearing masks when I entered and did not attempt to rectify this throughout my visit. They could not assist me to pay for their services as they did not have a working paypoint machine. No indication could be given about the possible availability of a machine in the next few days after my visit.

Breakfast at Wimpy.
Having breakfast at Wimpy Airport branch in Pirt Elizabeth South Africa. Eggs not as ordered. A piece of used chewing gum "served" with the jam and butter for which we had to ask!
