Don't ever sign in with them , you will regret it for life . Everything is urgent to sign in and they will sort out all your debt ....NOT!!!!. Worst experience and it will be on your name for ever and you wont be able to get any accounts opened , worse than getting listed! Stay away ...you wont be able to get anything resolved with them and no one knows what's going on there. Going direct to the office to sort this **** out . Empty promises and all they want is your money and you don't even know what they are paying for ...Had to get my lawyer involved which cost me loads of money !!!! Even a lawyer battled to get to the end of this and to who we still don't know ...Too many agents and no outcome ...Don't even deserve a star ....
Terrible Management, after exchanging a item that was gifted on Christmas to my daughter and them saying I could exchange, after going to counter to exchange was told I could not and had to get the slip from the person who gifted the item.. Really... Even though item had tag on. I've been a loyal customer for years spending a lot of money and to be treated like this is beyond disgusting and now they lose a loyal customer.
Disgusting service at Bassionia Starbucks. After standing in a long line to order a Chai cream frappecino, only to be embarrassed that they do not accept cash. What!!! All clients looked at me as if I was a hobo off the street, waiters all looked at me as if I was stupid. No sign to say no cash accepted. Only to have a kind lady ofer to pay with card for me and me so embarrassed giving her R100 for something costing R56. Never again will you see me here. Clearly you only work on points from cards and thats not right for person who simply wanted a morning boost while getting to a campaign where I didn't have my cards on me! Well done Starbucks Bassionia for the horrible felling of being that individual who didn't fit in to your high end customers!!!
So unprofessional, worst service especially when getting car serviced. Been waiting for a part since 28th Dec 2022 only to be told by 10th January 2023 no Eta on part meaning they didn't order. I started to Cry ans my daughter too as now we didn't have a car for school opening next day. Dominic the service Manager was so straight face with no heart and even pulling a sales pitch to concider maybe trading in a car that's not even old and not to mention not cheap either. From first day I took my car for Service I haven't had a good experience and feels like I have to bow down to them. I'm a client and this isn't service at all. I have had many cars and this by far has been the worst dealership and my husband was considering to bu the 130 N sport... Forget not from them. We go better service from Woodmead. They don't even offer a coffee or water if you waiting long. Disgusting in an understatement! To all the people who work there especially Manager, And Silo who are rude and most of the service staff.
1 star is far too much for the company. Creativity Steeledale is so badly run. Thabiso who is Manager doesn't care and very rude to clients. I left all the clothes behind cause he wouldn't let my daughter (12) try on dresses. So discriminating and made a seen as he called all his Co-workers and started speaking their own language in front of my daughters and I. Disgusting to say the least as I was one of there biggest customers spending A good amount at these stores. I left messages on head office messanger and tried to call their so call land line, in VEIN as still haven't gotten any one calling me back. I am definitely taking this further as what my kids and I went through was pure racist behavior and know this store will fall as it's always empty... Good luck in their future!!!! Never supporting this disgusting store
Disgusting, worst Grocery App ever!!! I ordered my stuff, mainly need cat food as had run out. They charged me the cat food and didn't deliver. It's been a 2 weeks and I'm still awaiting my refund of money owed. Best yet is I paid with My Thyme bank which they sponsor and was told they can't refund me into that bank as not supported by Pnp... What the F@%k....I have sent 10 emails, no response, called 5 times with then getting through to agent to only thwn drop call on me with no answer as to when I get money back!!! Disgusted isn't even word I would use. Pnp has gone for a ball of s*@#. I want my money back and I'm going to make it know to all I know how terrible your App is... Taking this further!!!!!
This tow truck with big plate on window saying BIG DADDY, tried numerous times to take me off the road with my kids in car. He even made me damage my mag and then stopped next to me asking what's wrong.. What I sick individual. 2 men in car, one coloured man driving and black male on the passage side trying to scare me and my kids. Hope they get what coming their way!!
Owner of this spar is a horrible man, thinks he is high and mightier than others. Rides on a high horse and looks down on the person and so rude. Can't believe anyone would want to shop at his stores when he can't even be humble enough to listen, making people run after him! . Sure spar Bassonia won't be around long with his attitude! Passing on the word to family and Friends and they too agree, not worth shopping their. They rather travel to Pnp comaro and deal with Nick, who is more accomadating. As high as you may think you are, you can also fall just as hard. Horrible person you are!!!
