My parcel was just delivered...Its not the first time that this same driver calls and expects me to come out of my meeting to collect outside in the street (once I went out in the pouring rain)... When he called me his contact read a Robert Ndlovu 0694603305. Yes, my delivery address is my work address because I don't have anyone at home during the day. If I'm not in a meeting I don't mind going to meet him outside as I have before. But in essence, he should deliver to our Office (Reception) as all other courier companies do. Our office building has a buzzer outside next to the door and our company is on the second floor...there is always someone to let him in and sign for the package... In addition he is utterly rude/disrespectful and I honestly believe he will ruin Buffalo's reputation...His excuse is that he called me and I did not answer. I called him back as soon as I could and on the phone he was already rude not to even mention when I got outside. I work for an international company and I deal with numerous courier companies and non with staff of his demeanor. I hope I never have to deal with him again. Buffalo should should invest in customer service training.

We placed an order on 08 Aug 2020 @18H10. We received order 20H10 two hours later, cold with a black sticker and a damaged box with the toppings stuck to the inside of the box... I will make sure I inform everyone I know in every possible way or platform how pathetic Debonairs Zevenwacht is... may I add that this is not the first time we waited 2 hours for a delivery....
How hypocritical and one be...they want to help during this pandemic but they charge me for Club membership I did not sign up for...and service fees for something I'm not using...I settled my account in-store on 10 March 2020 thinking that I'm on a zero balance...Then when the lockdown was announced I was happy that I had settled my debt...or so I thought....I received calls stating that I owe club fees and service fees...I query this and every time I was told we will get back to you but no-one ever does...apparently I've been paying club fees for years without noticing...they now say I owe over R300 after I settled my account in March and without making use of their services...Pathetic company...I will close this account and I will make sure I inform everyone I know and in every possible way or platform how pathetic Edcon is...
I place an order which the website said to be delivered on 06 Dec...suddenly a confirmation e-mail arrived with an estimated delivery date of 12 Dec...had I known this I would not have ordered from them as this a someone's birthday gift...now I just get apology e-mails and I'm expected to give someone a gift after their birthday. To date, it's still not even shipped... I am very disappointed and I can't even begin to think of my son's disappointment on his birthday...
