They spam me everyday with prepaid electricity. I dial the number to opt out. It says my date of birth and id number do not correspond. I have to speak to some other place to remove it. I have asked them and I still get these sms. This is absolutely pathetic
I had an amount coming off my account which I did not authorise. Capitec sent an email saying they were trying to contact me. I rep**** and stated I had no phone calls received, yet no reply. After all that I still did not receive any call or emails. 2 weeks later I get an email stating that had tried to contact me again as I did not answer the case has been unresolved. This is pathetic and ********* customer service
Drivers all drive like people who don’t have licenses on Gordon Road, Roodepoort. Take wrong lane to turn and then hoots because they can’t squeeze a gap in front of you. Absolutely disgraceful
I stay in krugersdorp and my signal tower is allocated to Roodepoort tower. When Roodepoort has load shedding I have no signal. When krugersdorp has load shedding I of course have no signal. I have asked them to put my tower as a krugersdorp tower as I cannot afford to be offline for both load shedding schedules. I have sent multiple emails but no response but they are more than happy to take my money. Pathetic service and support…
I have asked to cancel some monthly transactions in October. It would take 30 days for the cancellation to process, which I was told, it’s nearly two months later and I see the transactions were not cancelled on my account. I went to key west branch.
