Mancosa very sad support for student!
It is so sad for students who pay for a high-value service and education to be left will little or no support. The call center is the most horrendous I have ever experienced, hold times and support is of very poor standards. The chat feature on Mancosa is of zero value as there is no response. The app was a disaster that caused so many students anxiety before exams. There is no support or feedback from student advisors. Suggested textbooks for the study modules are outdated, why is Mancosa not keeping current? If you are a new student please research all options well before choosing Mancosa or be prepared for making many calls, sending many emails, and hope for a response.

Bad Service
Cheap is Expensive! From day one service experience has been horrible. Deposit was made timeously however when it came to installation and after service it was a nightmare. I will not recommend this company. Rather pay a extra and get quality service.
