These people **** about what they are offering. I've been trying to contact they they never respond on email or their WhatsApp number. When you call and ask to speak to someone your told all agents are on tea which I find quite baffling. The receptionist never answer calls you have to be really resilient and patient to even get through even when you do your given the run around. Horrible business practice they just trap you.
Poor customer service I've been calling and emailing and no one has come back to me. I'm trying to exchange an I item I purchased. The calls are not being answered nor is there a reply on my ticket just a generic email. Can someone attend to this.
On the 25th of November 2020 I ordered nine clothing items online from Markhams and made an instant payment. One of the items was cancelled only to be told that the merhandise was not in stock hence the cancellation. This was after I had already made payment mind you which is just absurd. It’s been 13 days since I placed the order and till this day not even one single item has been delivered. I tried to do a follow up with the courier companies (RTT style and CourierIT) but I was informed that none of the items had been received from TFG which did not make sense as I had received email confirmation from the TFG that the items had been handed over to the Courier. I phoned CourierIT again this morning enquiring only to be told that the order was handed over to sub-contractor. (Orian) Really??? I have wasted so much time and money trying to get concrete information on the whereabouts of my order but have been tossed from pillar to post by the call centre consultants. They are really of no help whatsoever. My order was placed on the 25th two days prior to the Black Friday mania but the consultants at TFG are hogging on to that as an excuse. A colleague of mine ordered items from the very same store on the same day as myself and he got his package three days later. So the entire Black Friday delay is absolute rubbish and people should not try to use that as an excuse to mask their incompetence. I have spoken to over 7 consultants from TFG, 3 from RTT and 4 from Courie IT and not one has managed to solve my query, They all keep promising to call me back with feedback . Today I spoke to Wesley Greef and Shandre who both promised to call me and again no ****** feedback I’m told they are waiting for email response from the courier companies. The customer service levels are beyond average and I want someone to call me back and sort out this matter once and for all as I’ve had it up to my last nerve now. I made purchases from TFG not the courier companies it should not be my duty to do follow ups I’ve made purchases from other companies like Take Alot and their services has been amazing no excuses. You guys need to get your act together this is not acceptable at all I will never buy from you guys again. How can it take 3 to 10 days in refunds One of your managers need to sort it out I should not be told they are busy. Someone should get back to customers it is unfair for call centre consultants to be getting the backlash of the company’s online structure. This is beyond subpair.
Amazing service from the Take alot group you guys are fast I wish other online stores like TFG were this organized. Made 3 different orders from u guys in the last week and got them all 1 day or 2 apart Amazing guys!!!!
