The Facebook team do not know how to speak to customers and how to handle issues yet keep asking for the same unimportant information without actually helping or answering the question. I would like someone who can help with my account to please reply to me.
Been waiting since 21 July for assistance (when I received my first reference number saying I would be contacted). Facebook team make empty promises about issue being escalated, online call centre doesn't answer or reply to emails, whatsapp chat doesn't help. And when they do decide to call you back 2 weeks later all they say is they'll look into it and promise to get back to you but never do. All I want is my issue sorted out with the online clothing department today!
When you have an issue they do not even read what you have said but instead send auto saved replies that have nothing to do with your problem. Then when they're done they say they won't reply any more. Disgusting service
