Overcharge and unprofessional service conduct
Wish I never stumbled across them. Worst service ever. Please don’t use them. Stuck with an invoice of R4500 just for a connection from the living room to a tv in the room. When querying about the invoice, they are not willing to discuss my questions or even hear me out. Very arrogant over the phone. Also put the phone down in my ear. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Scam! Bits n Bytes online store is fake! Beware
Scam! Scam! Scam! Don’t order from them. You get no feedback, they give no ETA, there is absolutely no customer service. I left messages but no one replies. If you get hold of them on the phone, they can’t hear or understand you. Very unprofessional. Don’t think i’ll get my inverter delivered. I would rate it a 0 if I could. Le Beware!!!
