Phumie and Simoney service amazing
Simoney Howie & Nompumelelo Makhubo service for me was amazing, they called me back and ensured all was ok with my account, Thank you. When it comes to road protect it has been a bit of a down service to lack of email responses updating me on my account and feeling that they are not on top of my claims. I am sure that Phumie and Simoney will assist.

Excellent service and support
I have been with pineapple for over 3 years now. They have been very support whenever I am in crisis and need to claim. Yes at times their comms platform delays the support but the moment I mention the delay they are on top of it and helping me. Thank you pineapple for all the assistance.
