Delay in processing gap cover claim, declining claim with incorrect information, call centre agents are not helpful.
Worst customer service. They installed fibre for my Mom. She started experiencing issues and their offices does not have a contact number .It's only whatsapp. They forever to response. No Customer service whatsoever. The consultant that helped my mom to sign up is not taking calls at all, yet when he wanted to make a sale he was phoning us constantly.

They have the most professional stuff members and very friendly, should they not stock of items I am looking for the Manager will go out of his way to contact other stores to check stores, if the next store is closer he will suggest that I go there, if it is far they make arrangements that I get my items. From you walk-in you are being greeted with a genuine smile. I would go there at any given day. With South Africa known for bad service, we still need such team. The team is good as their Manager!
