Terrible Customer Treatment
I visited Midas Blackheath to collect my plates and arrived at 16:50, expecting a straightforward interaction. Unfortunately, I was met with extremely rude and condescending behavior from a staff member named Wayne. His tone was not only dismissive but also carried a racial undertone that made me feel deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. He told me to leave in a very unprofessional manner. Thankfully, one courteous staff member kindly directed me to a lady who was able to assist me properly — I truly appreciated her help. However, Wayne continued to make mocking and inappropriate remarks even as I was reversing my vehicle, clearly intending to provoke a reaction. I had to exercise great restraint, but I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. This matter is serious and must be addressed by management. I will not let it lie.

Bad Customer Service
I purchased an android radio and firstly iwasntinformed ofall that i need tomaketheradio fit well.Secondly once installed thetouch wasnotresponding.I enquiredabout a swap and they are not responding to my messages and the person assisting is taking their time to respond and action a collection for the radio.

Bad customer service
This brand had no regard what soever for their consumers.I order a pizza and it was very unedible.I then requested for a refund and this brand had the audacity to offer me a R100 as compared to my R200+ that i waisted.They have since stopped replying me with regards to this query.Please people be smart and use uber eats because Mr D is a lost cause.

Scammers,liars,thiefs,dishonest.
3 months later still no refund on the rubbish product and service delivered, until i get my monry im going to make sure every page,reviewer and person know how repulsive this brand is..They scam and ignore well no more you will not keep scamming people in the open like this.Lets all take a stand again Rain 5G even it means them shutting down.

This brand is the worst they keep on sending empty promises till today they have not paid me my money back.They toom their funny device but my money hasnt come.To make matters worse they ignore calls and dont communicate. This brand is not one to do business with..Dont waste your money.!!!!

Frauds
The company is full of fraud,.My internet never worked as a result i went with another provides and requested them to come and collect their device and give me a refund.Now everytime i call.no one responds..Im so tired of this people and action muat be taken against them.

WORST AIRLINE
Made a booking from Zimbabwe to South Africa twice ans they dont not inform people that they are nt coming and then omtop of that they run away from responsibility and not even refund people..They must close and give people.their money.
