I bought a Note 9 replacement LCD from this store, I took the LCD to cellphone repair store for professional installation. During installation everything work and use the phone. After a few days I notice LCD stay on but goes dark. The seller refuse to replace or refund the LCD, because of his installation policy, but item is defective and seller is not very bussiness friendly to do business with. Buy LCD, and I say good luck if things go south.
The Courier company fallen from grace. I ship and receive so many parcels with a lot of courier companies in my life and this is the only company the following have happened: 1. Damages of parcels saying the packages was not pack correctly, but when accident happens all parties involved are fully or partly liable. They never accept responsibility. 2. Their own staff do not know their own internal processes and procedures that is available that and set by their management. Lack internal training to staff on support and management level. 3. Management refusal to investigate claims, you as a customer have to beg them and then afterwards come back and say sorry how it was handles by their staff. 4. They deliver parcels on their convenient time, and expect the customer to be immediately available without 10 to 15 minute prior communication and then rescheduled for next day because because you were unavailable and did not know when they will be delivering your parcel.

I sold my property in less than 2 years, regret buying it.
I won't support this company again. Regret giving them a chance. They are a importer of goods. One of the companies with the worst customer service I had.
I won't recommend this property management company, please review how they run the estate that you would like to buy or rent before spending the cost. It can save you time and money in the long run if you are not satisfied about their level of service.

Excellent communication, quick on time and will definitely make use of them again or recommend them and very affordable.
The worst property management company to have a house or rent, please consider renting or buying from another company. You will be well off to do some research and find a better place. Safe yourself the effort and the money. You will thank me later.
Never buy on "Takealot" and your about to save yourself a lot of money and time on the long run. You can thank me later. lol! They will start a investigation which is part of their return policy before they will send your items you ordered after they completed their investigation which will take days, because they forgot to check the items that was sent and when you ask a supervisor of Takelot if she is satisfied when delivery will take days. She will say is part of return policy and she if very satisfied with Takelot service. They must give you promotion! Can't see why you have the position, if can't handle customer complains when you are at fault of the order. Guess that is what happen when the company is the middle man and not really the supplier. This process will delay you delivery and can take days before you receive the items you ordered.
