THey ahve been maintaining the property for years now. It will take follow-ups for follow-up email to get a response from them as a trustee & also as a owner/tenant. The senior management does not care about much
When a restaurant is not ready to accept feedback on poor food, and counters it back to the customer for giving a feedback? A restaurant with guys full of wrong attitude..... We have been visiting the restaurant quite frequently and we have given consistent feedback. The previous order with them was pathetic. When reported to them, they accepted and the usual promises to correct them. When I ordered for a delivery, the curry was hopelessly pathetic. When called to feedback, the attitude was so bad the person responded in a harsh tone that it is the same chef who cooks and we are being problematic here. We complain to get complimentary food which nas never happened.I drove down to the restaurant and gave the container of food to the manager and he agreed it was of poor taste and preparation. We refused to take any replacement or compensation and drove back home, paying for the food that we never ate......
I would like to share a very Worst experience i have ever faced with a Romans Pizza Franchise. I Placed an order with Romans Pizza sunninghill online. I received an SMS confirming the order at 18:59 stating thh pizza will be delivered in 55 minutes. The order contaioned a large cheese pizza( extra Jelapino topping), 1 Vegetarian Pizza, 1 Creme Soda. I got a call from the store at 19:21 asking me If i still need the food citing some network issues. Having spent R200+ for a dinner and would I be ordering another dinner? They said they have not started making the pizza yet and wanting me to check if i wanted a Refund( There was 0 intent from them to be empathetic and informing me the reason for the delay). Then citing weather, which i completely understand, I did tell them you can get the Pizza once the rain slows down. The response was the ONLY DELIVERY PERSON DOES NOT HAVE A RAIN-COAT AND WOULD ONLY DELIVER THE FOOD IF & ONLY IF THE RAIN STOPS COMPLETELY AND IT COULD BE A LONG WAIT. Unwilling to accept it, I offered them if I can come & collect myself and will the delivery fee be refunded. They said they will call me again. I am completely unhappy and hungry while the conversation happened. It took them 16 minutes for them to call me back & let me know that they have made a plan to deliver my food & would reach home in 10 minutes. Then again I get a call from the store at 20:05 confirming my address & unit number and at last got the Pizza delivered at 20:20. Upon opening the Pizza, it was completely Cold, the packing were damaged & above all the 3 Cheeze pizza never had the additional topping that I was charged for and tasted absolutely unlikely Romans Pizza. I am completely robbed of my dinner charges, complete friday night & would most probably be my last order with Romans pizza ever. I request you to kindly ensure that all your outlets maintain the same standards & your employees are trained to handle customers properly.
Ticket: PF2410207 There was an announcement stating that you can decide to freeze/cancel your membership post the reopening of the Gym facilities & Cancellation would involve a cancellation fee. The pandemic is still on and the re-opening of the gym is purely a business minded intention to start the debit orders running. So I decided to cancel my membership & asked them to close it. But I get an email stating I will have to settle R1500 to them for nothing? They are highly misleading, cheating & robbing their clients of money for nothing. This is highly disappointing
These guys are complete cheaters to the core. they got money for lunch box for the whole month of February and promised to deliver it at the work place and were only intended to get the money. Within few hours they call back and say they cannot deliver at this cost and have to pay R20 to the driver who delivers. When going back they were LETHARGIC because they now got the money & not humane by any way. Now forced to visit the restaurant and eat. PLEASE AVOID THESE HARDCORE CHEATERS
Very poor experience. We showed the dimensions of my mattress and the Sales representative suggested a size of the base which was wrong and delivered. When called upon, i was asked to pay the delivery charges again(for the same day) and it was not delivered as promised. Ezikiel was so rude on the phone and wanting me to understand him ??? It should ideally be the inverse. A sales person should be patient to hear the customer. I paid two delivery charges for a mistake of the sales person and in-spite of paying for same day delivery i got the right base delivered 3 days after paying twice the delivery charges and hearing stories about bases being stolen in Alexandra.Completely chaotic delivery management. Worst ever experience a customer would face for a product that has no warranty !!!!!!
