Unprofessional, ********* & ripping people off their money. They also think they are above the law. We rented a 2bedroom house from a Lorraine Roetz, & after almost 3years of living there we had our 1st query which was an electricity bill of R4000, in all the years it has never been that high. We had to continuously call & email for a mere response. The responses we got NEVER addressed our query & it was clear that the matter was never given attention or escalated to the relevant people. After 2 months of no response we got a WhatsApp & email from a Lookie Tsotetsi telling us to vacate the premises within 6days. On the day of vacating they didn’t even honour their agreement to come & do the outgoing inspection. Lorraine has no integrity or professionalism when doing her job. Her colleagues company don’t stand for what is right. They only know to protect & take the Landlords side. Now we are in the process of getting our deposit & today the 18th Nov, i get an email with a quotation (With the Landlord as the contractor ) of R3.5k for cleaning an oven because the outgoing inspection said it was “dirty”. We still live in the same complex so we had said we will go & clean it but they said No. All they know is to rip people their money. DO NOT USE THEM TO BUY OR RENT ANY PROPERTY!!!!!!
This is a review for MTN Southdale is Jhb South. My husband was assisted by a Guy called Kamogelo Mokgosi. Initially we took 2phones for R+- 800 in June 2024, to our surprise there is another Debit order for R2400 (They are claiming it’s cause he used 2GB extra). 1. Why is there 2Debit orders? 2. How does a mere 2GB amount to over R3k debit order. 3. Why is there never a Manager available at the store?? We have been coming to the store multiple times but have received no assistance.Kamogelo has since taken leave even & everytime we come here we are told the same story that only him can assist and the other staff members can only access the invoices. LoL They are also unable to confirm which type of a contract we have or even why is there 2debit orders. The other day we got assisted by a guy Called Itumeleng who confidently said he knows nothing about how to use the system. I am convinced they do ***** with customers accounts and they should be dealt with as the are other customers complaining about simi**** incidents. Definitely not impressed with their service delivery. And they are very ***********. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use their services. By: Tshimologo Kunupi
These people are harassing me everyday. The other day one caller called me stupid & said I don't listen. Simply because I kept saying they must send me an official email of the settlement agreement and till now that hasn't been done. Are they even a legit company? Cause all they do is call me & send WhatsApp messages with questionable English. STOP THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!??
I bought 3jeans just a week ago,when I got home I found that one Jean was a bit too big,so yesterday I went to exchange it, however the type of pants were no longer there & I didn't like anything else so I opted for a refund. The cashier checks the goods & confirms the card then says everything is fine,she's just waiting for he manager (Karabo) to authorize or something. The manager comes,looks at the Jean's and says they are not in good condition to be resold. So she refuses,to her there's an invisible stain,mind you I didn't even wear the Jean's. She goes on being rude and saying she can't help. Now I'm left with Jean's that are too big and cost me over R450. I am extremely disappointed and ANGRY. I will not be purchasing anything from Zara again.
