I have been experiencing such poor service. My car went in 3 weeks ago and till this day I am still awaiting the assessors feedback. Each time I call I am told a request will be made for the assessor to call me back and he never does. I do not even have my courtesy vehicle which is part of my insurance . No one from King price returns calls or provides any updates. I am really frustrated.
Very poor service and unreachable company. Placed an order in Jan 2022 and never received it. There is no contact number they only respond via message via their website and no interest in helping to resolve the matter. There are also hidden costs via taxes that you have to pay it's not worth buying from this online service.
Went to mantelli in kloof. The lady that works there was really terrible. We asked about gift boxes and her response was she doeant know were her assistant is and she is too busy to go in the back and check. Its pathetic to have someone like that dealing customers
Audi at the Glen has such appalling service. You have to phone numerous times to make a booking for a service. It's almost like you doing them a favor. And now they do not offer drop off services whereas I contacted another Audi centre and they do. Spoke to an Olga at braamfontein centre and the custome service was so pleasant. The inconsistency is terrible
It was the first time I used Zando in December 2019. It was the worse experience ever. The delivery times were not adhered to and this is Zando policy. Finally when the items did come I was disgusted by what was given to me. There were threads hanging out if the garments with uneven stitching. I emailed to return the stuff and no response at all. I will never use this service again. I might as well go into a store and buy what I can see. The clothes are very cheaply made. Do not buy clothes from Zando.
